Privacy Consent. The parties acknowledge that the Subscription Receipt Agent may, in the course of providing services hereunder, collect or receive financial and other personal information about such parties and/or their representatives, as individuals, or about other individuals related to the subject matter hereof, and use such information for the following purposes:
(a) to provide the services required under this Agreement and other services that may be requested from time to time;
(b) to help the Subscription Receipt Agent manage its servicing relationships with such individuals;
(c) to meet the Subscription Receipt Agent’s legal and regulatory requirements; and
(d) if Social Insurance Numbers are collected by the Subscription Receipt Agent, to perform tax reporting and to assist in verification of an individual’s identity for security purposes. Each party acknowledges and agrees that the Subscription Receipt Agent may receive, collect, use and disclose personal information provided to it or acquired by it in the course of this Agreement for the purposes described above and, generally, in the manner and on the terms described in its Privacy Code, which the Subscription Receipt Agent shall make available on its website, xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx,, or upon request, including revisions thereto. The Subscription Receipt Agent may transfer personal information to other companies in or outside of Canada that provide data processing and storage or other support in order to facilitate the services it provides. Further, each party agrees that it shall not provide or cause to be provided to the Subscription Receipt Agent any personal information relating to an individual who is not a party to this Agreement unless that party has assured itself that such individual understands and has consented to the aforementioned uses and disclosures.
Privacy Consent. You consent to Us
(a) using Your personal information (including Your photo) that You have provided to UNSW, for any purpose related or incidental to Your occupation and use of, and access to, the Room, Building or Common Property.
(b) To use Your academic record to confirm my enrolment status at University or for any purpose related or incidental to Your occupation.
(c) To notify the person I have identified as my “parent/guardian/next of kin” in my application form if it considers that there is significant concern regarding my health or well-being. I will notify UNSW Student Accommodation of any changes to this person.
(d) I authorise UNSW Student Accommodation to discuss my account with my “parent/guardian/next of kin” if necessary.
(e) Record and reproduce on film, tape and by any other means (including, without limitation, still photography) you whilst observing or participating in any activity in the Accommodation or at any place outside the Accommodation, including any such activity which is organised, sponsored or promoted, recommended or endorsed by Us or by any organisation or group which is in any way associated with UNSW Student Accommodation (the Recording);
(f) Use the Recording (in whole or in part) to produce promotional and editorial material (the Material) relating to UNSW Student Accommodation’s business, including the right to synchronise the audio from the Recording with other visual images and the vision from the Recording with other audio; and
(g) Publish, communicate and/or permit the communication of the Recording and the Material to the public throughout the world in all media (including, without limitation, on any website or social networking site) for educational, promotional, advertising, selling and marketing purposes related to UNSW’s Student Accommodation business.

Privacy Consent. Please note that without this consent, the Surety will be unable to consider your application. The undersigned acknowledge that the evaluation of any application for products of the Surety will involve the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, including the information contained in this application and other sources gathered through legal means. Such collection, use and disclosure of personal information is for the purposes of underwriting bonds and policies, as well as bond or policy management, which shall include conducting initial and on-going credit investigations, as well as Surety activities associated with all extensions, renewals, substitutions and modifications of the bonds or policies, and claims administration. In the ordinary course of the Surety’s business, personal information may be disclosed to reinsurers, legal advisors, credit bureaus, other financial institutions, regulatory bodies and any third party deemed necessary by the Surety. In the event information about other individuals (e.g. family members, employees, shareholders) is provided or collected from other sources, the undersigned represent and warrant that those persons have consented, to the extent required by law, to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the afore- mentioned purposes. The undersigned hereby agree and consent to the Surety’s:
a) collection and use of personal information concerning the undersigned for the purposes described above; and
b) disclosure of the undersigned’s personal information, for the purposes described above to such third parties as deemed necessary by the Surety. For further information, the Surety’s Privacy Policy is available for review online at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.

The Parties shall comply with all Applicable Laws protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of persons and Study Subject and, in particular, the right to privacy, with regard to the processing of personal data including but not limited to as provided by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) to the extent such regulation apply to the conduct of the Study (“Data Protection Laws”).

Further, each party agrees that it shall not provide or cause to be provided to the Subscription Receipt Agent any personal information relating to an individual who is not a party to this Agreement unless that party has assured itself that such individual understands and has consented to the aforementioned uses and disclosures.
Privacy Consent. Participant acknowledges and agrees that the personal data submitted in connection with this Agreement will be processed in accordance with the OIX Privacy Policy posted on the OIX website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Privacy Consent. The Employee consents to the Company and any affiliate collecting using and disclosing the Employee’s personal information to establish, manage, terminate and/or otherwise to administer the employment relationship.
Privacy Consent. The Tenant consents to the collection and use of its personal information, as provided directly or collected from third parties, for the purposes of the Landlord considering the suitability of the Tenant, both prior to and during the Term, including the disclosure of such information to credit reporting agencies, existing and potential lenders, investors and purchasers. The consent given under this Section shall be deemed to have been given under the Personal Information and Protection of Electronic Documents Act (Canada) and any amending or successor legislation or any Applicable Laws governing the protection of personal information.
