The undersigned acknowledge that the evaluation of any application for products of the Surety will involve the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, including the information contained in this application and other sources gathered through legal means. In the event information about other individuals (e.g. family members, employees, shareholders) is provided or collected from other sources, the undersigned represent and warrant that those persons have consented, to the extent required by law, to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the afore- mentioned purposes. The parties acknowledge that the Collateral Agent may, in the course of providing services hereunder, collect or receive financial and other personal information about such parties and/or their representatives, as individuals, or about other individuals related to the subject matter hereof, and use such information for the following purposes: (i) to provide the services required under this Agreement and other services that may be requested from time to time; (ii) to help the Collateral Agent manage its servicing relationships with such individuals; (iii) to meet the Collateral Agent’s legal and regulatory requirements; and (iv) if Social Insurance Numbers, Social Security Numbers or similar or analogous information is collected by the Collateral Agent, to perform tax reporting and to assist in verification of an individual’s identity for security purposes. Each party acknowledges and agrees that the Collateral Agent may receive, collect, use and disclose personal information provided to it or acquired by it in the course of this agreement for the purposes described above and, generally, in the manner and on the terms described in its Privacy Code, which the Collateral Agent shall make available on its website, xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or upon request, including revisions thereto. The Collateral Agent may transfer personal information to other companies in or outside of Canada that provide data processing and storage or other support in order to facilitate the services it provides. Further, each party agrees that it shall not provide or cause to be provided to the Collateral Agent any personal information relating to an individual who is not a party to this agreement unless that party has assured itself that such individual understands and has consented to the aforementioned uses and disclosures.
Privacy Consent. Information that you transfer or store using the school’s Cloud Computing Services (including email, blogs and data storage) may be stored by Google Apps, Edublogs, LearnLink Office 365 and or LearnLink Office 365 Pro Plus or other Cloud Computing Service providers (Cloud Providers) in the United States of America, or such other country as the Cloud Providers may decide. By using the school’s Cloud Computing Services, you are consenting to the transfer to, and processing and storage of your information in, such overseas location, even though the privacy laws in those countries may be different to the privacy laws in Australia.
