PRIVACY WAIVER. CitiCapital may receive from and disclose to any individual, corporation, business trust, association, company, partnership, joint venture, or other entity (herein collectively, the "Entity"), including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, CitiCapital's parent or any affiliate or any subsidiary of CitiCapital and any credit reporting agency or other entity whether or not related to CitiCapital for any purpose SOLELY RELATED TO THE EXTENSION OF CREDIT TO BORROWER HEREUNDER OR THE OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, information about Borrower's accounts, credit application and credit experience with CitiCapital and Borrower authorizes any Entity to release to CitiCapital any information related to Borrower's accounts, credit experience and account information regarding the Borrower. This shall be continuing authorization for all present and future disclosures of Borrower's account information, credit application and credit experience on Borrower made by CitiCapital, or any Entity requested to release such information to CitiCapital.
PRIVACY WAIVER. Owner may receive from and disclose information Owner receives from Customer to any individual, corporation, business trust, company, partnership, joint venture, or association for business related purposes, including to any credit reporting agency or similar entity. Customer further authorizes any entity to release to Owner or its affiliates current and historical information related to Customer’s accounts, credit application, and credit experience.

Secured Party may receive from and disclose to any individual, corporation, business trust, association, company, partnership, joint venture, or other entity (herein collectively, the "Entity"), including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Secured Party's parent or any affiliate or any subsidiary of Secured Party and any credit reporting agency or other entity whether or not related to Secured Party for any purpose, information about Debtor's accounts, credit application and credit experience with Secured Party and Debtor authorizes any Entity to release to Secured Party any information related to Debtor's accounts, credit experience and account information regarding the Debtor. THIS SHALL BE CONTINUING AUTHORIZATION FOR ALL PRESENT AND FUTURE DISCLOSURES OF DEBTOR'S ACCOUNT INFORMATION, CREDIT APPLICATION AND CREDIT EXPERIENCE ON DEBTOR MADE BY SECURED PARTY, OR ANY ENTITY REQUESTED TO RELEASE SUCH INFORMATION TO SECURED PARTY.

PRIVACY WAIVER. Persons xxxxx consent for their name, address, date of birth and photograph to be provided to the relevant State, Territory or Federal Police, Match Venue Owner Operator or Contract Security staff, Member Unions, World Rugby and SANZAAR in the event that they are evicted from or arrested within the Match Venue and for State, Territory or Federal Police to disclose to Rugby AU the nature and result of any action or criminal proceeding initiated by Police or other competent authorities as a consequence of their eviction from or arrest within the Match Venue.
PRIVACY WAIVER. You irrevocably agree that anyone may give us any information we ask for as part of our managing and enforcing this agreement. You also irrevocably agree that we may hold all information we get from others and from you and use it for the purposes of our management and enforcement and for supplying you and the guarantor with information about services we offer. Our use may include giving that information to other people like credit reporters, debt collection agencies, repossession agents and solicitors. We may also give the information to a guarantor. You irrevocably agree that we may search NZTA databases with your car registration and Drivers Licence number and Internal Affairs Passport records to confirm your identity, address, ownership of assets and satisfy our anti-money laundering procedures.
PRIVACY WAIVER. You acknowledge that the Company collects certain personal information (including, without limitation, the information provided in this Agreement, voice recordings, and any information you provide when contacting us). We do not sell your personal information to third parties, but we do use it for marketing and other business purposes. You waive any rights of privacy that you may have in this information and understand that we may provide this information to law enforcement agencies or other third parties in connection with an investigation or our efforts to enforce our rights under this Agreement. If you fail to return the Equipment in accordance with this agreement, we may provide law enforcement with the necessary information to locate the Equipment.

ORIGINAL FOR CITICAPITAL ONLY AFTER WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION BY LESSEE WILL DEBIT TRANSACTIONS OCCUR.
