Private Health Insurance. The Employee shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s private health insurance scheme subject to: (i) the terms of that scheme, as amended from time to time; (ii) the rules or insurance policy of the relevant insurance provider, as amended from time to time; and (iii) the Employee and, if applicable, his spouse/partner and any children under the age of 18 satisfying the normal underwriting requirements of the relevant insurance provider and the premium being at a rate which the Company considers reasonable in its sole and absolute discretion. If the insurance provider refuses for any reason to provide private health insurance benefit to the Employee or his family, the Company shall not be liable to provide any replacement benefit of the same or similar kind or to pay any compensation in lieu of such benefit and is not under a duty to commence proceedings against the insurer on behalf of the Employee. The existence of such a scheme and/or the provision of any benefits or rights in relation to them is without prejudice to the Company’s right to terminate the Employee’s employment at any time in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. The Company in its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to discontinue, vary or amend the scheme (including the level of the Employee’s coverage and benefits under such scheme) at any time on reasonable notice to the Employee. If Employee ceases providing Services to the Company for any reason or a notice of termination is provided by either the Company or Employee under clause 7.2, the Employee shall automatically cease to be entitled to participate in or receive any benefits under the health insurance scheme described under this Section 3.6.
Private Health Insurance. Where the payment of the claim for the liability would constitute the carrying on of “Health Insurance Business” as defined in the Private Health Insurance Act 2007 (Cth) or any succeeding or previous legislation relating to “Health Insurance Business” or which would result in a breach of the provisions of the Health Insurance Xxx 0000 (Cth).

Private Health Insurance. 13.1 From the date of this Agreement you are eligible to receive fully subsidised health insurance for you and your eligible dependents, subject to completion of an application form.
Private Health Insurance. 10. The Company will pay a premium on behalf of the Appointee to the Western Provident Association (WPA) (or to such other similar organisation as the Company may decide) to provide the Appointee personaly with insurance for private medical treatment. The Appointee may also take advantage of the reduced rates available to the Companies employees to pay the premiums to cover the Appointees spouse and/or children. Terms and provision of the cover provided by the WPA are laid down in the WPA policy manual that has been handed out to the Appointee. The Company will pay for the Appointee to have a complete health check once every two years at a centre to be decided by the Company. This is a benefit which is distinct from the provision that you must agree, if so required, to be examined by a medical practitioner appointed by the Company.

Private Health Insurance. As private health insurance is not available at this time, if, after the issuance of this order, health insurance for the child becomes available at a reasonable cost through a group policy, contract, or plan offered by the child support obligor's child support obligee's employer or through any other group policy, contract or plan available to the child support obligor or child support obligee, the child support obligor or the child support obligee to whom the coverage becomes available shall immediately inform CJFS-OCSS. Whereupon CJFS-OCSS shall determine if the private health insurance is available at a reasonable cost and if coverage is reasonable, CJFS-OCSS shall order that party who has the insurance available to obtain private health insurance. The CJFS-OCSS may change the financial obligation of the parties to pay child support in accordance with the terms of the court order and cash medical support without a hearing or additional notice to the parties pursuant to R.C. 3119.32(I). Pursuant to R.C. 3119.30(E), unless otherwise ordered above, the obligor(s) shall begin payment of any cash medical support on the first day of the month immediately following the month in which private health insurance coverage is unavailable or terminates and shall cease payment on the last day of the month immediately preceding the month in which private health insurance coverage begins or resumes.
