Common use of Pro-Rata Benefits Clause in Contracts

Pro-Rata Benefits. For part-time regular employee(s), covered under this MOU, working at least 20 hours per week and less than 40 hours per week, compensation and benefits received other than the base hourly wage rate, shall be pro-rated based on the percentage of hours regularly scheduled to work in relation to full-time (forty-hour per workweek) employees or as defined by federal, state, lor local law, whichever is greater.
