PROBATION AND EVALUATION. A. Each new employee to the District shall remain in a probationary status for a period of not more than sixty (60) actual workdays following the hire date. During this probationary period, the District may discharge such employee at its discretion and termination procedures and grievances regarding termination herein are not applicable. B. Upon completion of the probationary period, the employee will be subject to all rights and duties contained in this Agreement.
