Process & Materials. 22 Professional evaluations will be based on the totality of the following materials. If there 24 so with the agreement of their Chair or designee. If there are other materials not listed 25 here that the Chair wishes to include, they must notify the Adjunct and provide them with 26 the opportunity to review them prior to the submission of the dossier. 28 a) Current CV or Resume. 29 b) Student course evaluations during the period under review. 30 c) A short reflective response to student evaluations for the period under 32 d) Teaching philosophy or research experience statement (if applicable). 33 e) A current syllabus for each course taught during the corresponding academic 34 year (not applicable for research faculty). 35 f) The faculty member may choose up to two of the elective materials listed 36 below, this could include but is not limited to: 37 Classroom observation by a peer of the faculty member’s choice; 38 Letter of support by a peer of the faculty member’s choice; 39 Examples of special assignments, projects, or research; 40 Description of how the faculty member is staying current in their field. 42 Faculty members are encouraged to discuss the selection of elective materials and the 43 process for evaluation with their Chair or designee prior to submission date.

  • Third Party Materials The Application may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products, services, and/or materials) or provide links to third-party websites or services, including through third- party advertising ("Third-Party Materials"). You acknowledge and agree that Company is not responsible for Third-Party Materials, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. Company does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Materials. Third-Party Materials and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you, and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties' terms and conditions.

  • Equipment and Materials CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the performance on the Agreement except:

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Customer Materials Subject to Section 4(a), all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Materials are owned by Customer or Customer’s suppliers.

  • Stored Materials The Department shall not be required to pay for materials stored at the site or stored at other locations absent prior written authorization to do so, which authorization may be withheld at the Department's sole discretion. If the Department expressly agrees to pay for materials stored at the site but not yet incorporated into the Work, the Application for Payment may also include a request for payment of the cost of such materials, if the materials have been delivered to the site, and suitably stored. Such requests shall be documented by appropriate invoices and bills of sale. Payment for stored materials shall be conditioned also on the Design-Builder’s representation that it has inspected the material and found it to be free from defect and otherwise in conformity with this Agreement, and on satisfactory evidence that the materials are insured under the builder’s risk policy. Further, if the Design-Builder requests the Department to allow payments for storage of materials offsite, the Design-Builder shall be required, inter alia, to agree to execution of proper documentation to afford the Department a secured interest in the materials upon payment.

  • Manufacture 2.1. The LED(s) on the LED module shall be equipped with suitable fixation elements. 2.2. The fixation elements shall be strong and firmly secured to the LED(s) and the LED module.

  • Samples The Contractor shall submit the following samples of Materials and relevant information to the Authority’s Engineer for pre-construction review: (a) manufacturer's test reports and standard samples of manufactured Materials; and (b) samples of such other Materials as the Authority’s Engineer may require.

  • Quality of Materials and workmanship The Contractor shall ensure that the Construction, Materials and workmanship are in accordance with the requirements specified in this Agreement, Specifications and Standards and Good Industry Practice.

  • Removal of Materials If you decide you would like to remove your Materials from the Service, you may provide written notice to Prime Publishing by either deleting the image through the Prime Publishing interface or by contacting Prime Publishing customer service, and Prime Publishing will remove such Materials from the Service within a reasonable period of time. 5) License for Name, Trademarks and Likenesses. You hereby grant to Prime Publishing, its Affiliates and sublicensees a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use all trademarks, trade names, and the names and likenesses of any individuals that appear in the Materials. You grant Prime Publishing, its Affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with the Materials. 6) Specifications and Guidelines. You agree to submit Materials to us in accordance with all guidelines for use of the Service posted on the Prime Publishing web site or of which you are otherwise notified ("Guidelines"), as these Guidelines may be changed in the future. 7)
