Product Schedules. 2.1. The Parties shall enter into a Product Schedule for the supply of each Product they wish to be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each of which shall be attached hereto as part of Exhibit 1.
2.2. Any number of Product Schedules may be executed pursuant to this Agreement during the Term. Each Product Schedule will govern the supply of the Product set forth therein.
2.3. Each Product Schedule will operate for the term specified in the preamble of that Product Schedule unless earlier terminated in accordance with Sec. 16 of this Agreement.
Product Schedules. Ceribell and Supplier may enter into written and signed product schedules (the “Product Schedules”) to establish additional terms and conditions applicable to one or more Products, or to establish project-specific terms and conditions required in connection with a particular project (e.g., customer-specific requirements). If the terms and conditions of a Product Schedule add to or conflict with this Agreement, the applicable Product Schedule will control as to the additional or conflicting term(s).

Motorola and Supplier may enter into written and signed product schedules (the “Product Schedules”) to establish additional terms and conditions applicable to one or more Products, or to establish project-specific terms and conditions required in connection with a particular project (e.g., customer-specific requirements). If the terms and conditions of a Product Schedule add to or conflict with this Agreement, the applicable Product Schedule will control as to the inconsistency only.

A Product Schedule covering purchases of Products by Motorola for inclusion in Motorola’s broadband set-top boxes is attached as Product Schedule #1 to this Agreement and in addition Product Schedules covering purchases of other Products are attached hereto as Product Schedule 2 and Product Schedule 3.
Product Schedules. These contain information specific to certain types of Facilities. If all of the details you need to know about a Facility are contained in the Finance Details, that Facility will not have a separate Product Schedule. For definitions of terms used in this letter please refer to your booklet. This Agreement only applies to the Facilities listed in the attached Finance Details. Facility A Banker's Undertaking - Individual Limit Bank guarantee to QLD government in support of an industry grant Existing Limit Nil Change Limit $ +1,320,000.00 Resultant Limit $ 1,320,000.00 Payment Details Facility Fee(s) Facility Fee Type Service Fee Amount & Accrual Cycle 2.50(%) per half year in advance. The minimum fee is $100 (which is subject to change). The Service Fee is charged six monthly in advance and is non-refundable.
Product Schedules. MTI and Supplier may enter into written and signed product schedules (the “Product Schedules”) to establish additional terms and conditions applicable to one or more Products, or to establish project-specific terms and conditions required in connection with a particular project (e.g., customer-specific requirements). If the terms and conditions of a Product Schedule add to or conflict with this Agreement, the applicable Product Schedule will control as to the additional or conflicting term(s).
Product Schedules. 1.2.1 AstraZeneca and Service Provider may enter into:
(a) Development Product Schedules for the development activities and services in relation to the Product;
(b) Manufacturing Product Schedules for the manufacture of commercial Batches of the Product; (c)Tech Transfer Product Schedules pursuant to which Service Provider would provide technology transfer services as described in Clause 1.4.3
1.2.2 Each Product Schedule, once signed, shall be incorporated into, and form a part of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provisions, in case of any conflict between a Product Schedule and this Agreement, the Product Schedule shall prevail, provided that the QAA shall prevail for all matters concerning quality.
1.2.3 As of the Effective Date, Work Order #5997-01 is hereby incorporated in its entirety, and made a part of, this Agreement as a Product Schedule, with all references to Product Schedule or Development Product Schedule in this Agreement applying to Work Order #5997-01.
1.2.4 The Parties intend to enter into their first Manufacturing Product Schedule effective as of the Effective Date (“Product Schedule #5997-02”) for the manufacturing of the number of commercial Batches of Product as set forth in Product Schedule #5997-02, on the terms set forth herein and in Product Schedule #5997-02.
Product Schedules. SPINCO and AstraZeneca may enter into:
1.2.1. Development Service Schedules for development activities in relation to Products; and
1.2.2. Supply Schedules for the supply of Products (and services related to such supply); The terms and conditions of this Agreement (including any subsequent amendments) shall be, and hereby are deemed to be, incorporated into each Product Schedule, and each Product Schedule shall form a separate Agreement.
Product Schedules. Cambium and Supplier may enter into written and signed product schedules (the “Product Schedules”) to establish additional terms and conditions applicable to one or more Products, or to establish project-specific terms and conditions required in connection with a particular project (e.g., customer-specific requirements). All Product Schedules must be signed by a Supplier employee having the title of [***]. If the terms and conditions of a Product Schedule add to or conflict with this Agreement, the applicable Product Schedule will control as to the additional or conflicting term(s).
Product Schedules. By ordering the Products, the Customer agrees to be bound by any additional terms and conditions for the use of the Products as set out in the relevant Product Schedule from the Commencement Date of those Products. The terms set out in the relevant Product Schedule are in addition to, and supplement, these General Terms. Save for the specific amendments in respect of the relevant Products set out in a Product Schedule, all other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unaffected and continue in full force and affect. The Parties may from time to time agree additional documents that will form part of the Product Schedule (for instance to add new Products).
