Production Readiness Review (PRR). The Contractor will schedule the PRR within 10 days of being notified by the COR to proceed with the review. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Government when the review will be held. The purpose of the PRR is for the Contractor to demonstrate to the Government that it has accomplished adequate production planning without incurring unacceptable risks that could breach schedule, performance, cost or other established criteria and gain concurrence from the Government to produce production units.

Production Readiness Review (PRR). The Contractor shall conduct a Production Readiness Review (PRR) within four (4) months of contract award. The Contractor shall identify existing and projected manufacturing problems and areas of risk and shall assess the progress in the Contractor's planning to achieve production rates required under the delivery schedule. The PRR is described in more detail in section 3.4.1 of this statement of work.
Production Readiness Review (PRR). The Contractor shall host a PRR with the Government prior to commencement of the First Article / Production activities demonstrating readiness to commence (CDRL A022). The PRR shall demonstrate that the production design, planning, and the associated preparations for producing the system have progressed to the point where a manufacturing commitment can be made without incurring unacceptable risk of breaching the established thresholds of cost, schedule, performance, or other criteria. The Contractor shall notify the Government at least three weeks prior to the date the meeting will be held.
Production Readiness Review (PRR). The Contractor shall identify existing and projected manufacturing problems and areas of risk and shall assess the progress in the Contractor's planning to achieve production rates required under the delivery schedule to be provided by the Government upon contract award. The Contractor shall successfully complete a PRR 30 days prior to production of ORDALT Kits, or LRUs at the Government’s discretion.
Production Readiness Review (PRR). 2.8.4.1 The PRR shall be conducted no later than fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of FAT approval. Passing the PRR is required in order to receive written authorization from the Government to proceed to full production. The purpose of this review will be to verify that all lessons learned during FAT have been incorporated into the design and technical data before full-scale production. During the PRR, the Contractor shall declare their production readiness, documentation readiness level and provide briefings to the Government in support of their declaration. The Contractor shall present to the Government as part of their presentation internal audit records (i.e. internal reports of their QMS, Configuration Management System, and internal Audits of their Subcontractor and their readiness level for production). The Government will provide written approval or disapproval fifteen (15) calendar days after PRR has been conducted. The Contractor shall not proceed to full rate production until written approval from the Government declaring passing results. Government will be responsible for agenda (see Attachment in Section J) and minutes. 2.8.4.2 The Contractor shall declare their production readiness, and documentation readiness levels in the briefing to the Government in support of their production readiness declaration. The Contractor shall present to the Government as part of their presentation internal audits records (e.g. internal reports of their QMS, Purchase Orders, Configuration Management System, and Internal Audits of their Subcontractor and their readiness level for production). The briefing shall address the following:  Adequacy and stability of the supply chain during the ordering period of the contract  Program is properly staffed with qualified production, quality (engineers and inspectors), and manufacturing personnel  Product acceptance system, including acceptance test procedures and associated equipment, has been validated and put under configuration controlProduction facilities are ready and required personnel are trained  Delivery schedule is executable (technical/cost risks, long lead items)  Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) plan is in place and mitigates the risk of obsolescence during production.  Drawing or pattern and manufacturing work instructions are ready, validated and released to the appropriate Subcontractor and Supplier; certification that all documentation are under the Configur...

  • Project Review A. Programmatic Allowances 1. If FEMA determines that the entire scope of an Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances in Appendix B of this Agreement, with determinations for Tier II Allowances being made by SOI-qualified staff, FEMA shall complete the Section 106 review process by documenting this determination in the project file, without SHPO review or notification. 2. If the Undertaking involves a National Historic Landmark (NHL), FEMA shall notify the SHPO, participating Tribe(s), and the NPS NHL Program Manager of the NPS Midwest Regional Office that the Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances. FEMA shall provide information about the proposed scope of work for the Undertaking and the allowance(s) enabling FEMA’s determination. 3. If FEMA determines any portion of an Undertaking’s scope of work does not conform to one or more allowances listed in Appendix B, FEMA shall conduct expedited or standard Section 106 review, as appropriate, for the entire Undertaking in accordance with Stipulation II.B, Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings, or Stipulation II.C, Standard Project Review. 4.   • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • Review Process A/E's Work Product will be reviewed by County under its applicable technical requirements and procedures, as follows:

  • Claims Review Population A description of the Population subject to the Claims Review.

  • Log Reviews All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must have a routine procedure in place to review system logs for unauthorized access.

  • BUSINESS REVIEWS Supplier must perform a minimum of one business review with Sourcewell per contract year. The business review will cover sales to Participating Entities, pricing and contract terms, administrative fees, sales data reports, performance issues, supply issues, customer issues, and any other necessary information.

  • Contract Review Agent shall have reviewed all material contracts of Borrowers including, without limitation, leases, union contracts, labor contracts, vendor supply contracts, license agreements and distributorship agreements and such contracts and agreements shall be satisfactory in all respects to Agent;

  • Transition Review Period In accordance with Article 35, Layoff and Recall, the Employer may require an employee to complete a transition review period.

  • Review Protocol A narrative description of how the Claims Review was conducted and what was evaluated.
