Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR). Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs) are an integral part of the design process. These reviews provide a systematic appraisal of engineering concepts and detailed design approach, measuring them against specifications, objectives, and standards. Navy representatives will participate in all SETRs. Per NAVSEA SETR Handbook, the Government Technical Review Board (TRB) Chairs are responsible for selecting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and distributing program materials to them for review. The Contractor shall host and participate in the SETRs listed below throughout the performance of this contract in order to demonstrate readiness to proceed in its hardware and software development efforts for the MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 G&C Sections, G&C Section FIRs, WES Kits and Factory Test Equipment under the approving authority of the Undersea Weapons Program Office (PMS404) Program Manager. In order to meet the requirements for the SETR Handbook and the NAVSEA 05H Technical Review Manual (TRM) (listed in Attachment 10) the following Contractor-led technical reviews shall be required for the MK 48 MOD 7 APB6/TI-1 program:  System Requirements Review (SRR)  System Functional Review (SFR)  Software Specification Review (SSR)  Preliminary Design Review (PDR)  Critical Design Review (CDR)  Test Readiness Review (TRR) (multiple, including a Qualification Test Readiness Review (QTRR)  System Verification Review (SVR)/Functional Configuration Audit (FCA)  Production Readiness Review (PRR)  Physical Configuration Audit (PCA) The Contractor shall submit a final agenda and draft presentations (CDRL A005) no later than 30 days prior to each respective SETR event. The Contractor shall submit any documentation supporting fulfillment of the entrance and exit criteria for each respective SETR event a minimum of 30 days prior. The Contractor shall submit SETR meeting minutes (CDRL A006) no later than 30 days after each respective SETR. In addition to the above Contractor-lead SETRs, the Government will also conduct a Developmental Test Readiness Review (DTRR) and an Operational Test Readiness Review (OTRR). The DTRR and OTRR are program level reviews and will be tailored at the discretion of PMS404.   • Technical Reports All technical reports are to be prepared jointly by the Recipient/Institution conducting Work and all collaborating institutions or as deemed acceptable by the Centre’s contact.

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

  • Technology Upgrades Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon shall have the right to deploy, upgrade, migrate and maintain its network at its discretion. The Parties acknowledge that Verizon, at its election, may deploy fiber throughout its network and that such fiber deployment may inhibit or facilitate PNG’s ability to provide service using certain technologies. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit Verizon's ability to modify its network through the incorporation of new equipment or software or otherwise. PNG shall be solely responsible for the cost and activities associated with accommodating such changes in its own network.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order. (b) The technical evaluation committee may call the responsive bidders for discussion or presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution. However, the committee shall have sole discretion to call for discussion / presentation. (c) Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify the technical criteria will be opened provided all other requirements are fulfilled. (d) AIIMS Jodhpur shall have right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

  • Technical Data For the purpose of this Agreement, "TECHNICAL DATA" shall mean all information of the Company in written, graphic or tangible form relating to any and all products which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company, as such information exists as of the Effective Date or is developed by the Company during the term hereof.

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account.   • Technical Bulletins A Technical Bulletin (TB) will be used to explain updated processes, provisions or monitoring requirements as Florida Housing receives updates, clarification and additional guidance with respect to the CRF funds. TBs will also be used to clarify, discuss, interpret, and provide guidance for contract administration issues related to this Agreement. TBs will be posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/about-florida-housing/florida- housing's-coronavirus-relief-fund, and Grantee is encouraged to regularly check for TBs.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Technical Cooperation In order to facilitate the implementation of this Agreement, developed country Members shall provide, on request and on mutually agreed terms and conditions, technical and financial cooperation in favour of developing and least-developed country Members. Such cooperation shall include assistance in the preparation of laws and regulations on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights as well as on the prevention of their abuse, and shall include support regarding the establishment or reinforcement of domestic offices and agencies relevant to these matters, including the training of personnel.
