PRODUCTION STATEMENT. Without prejudice to the rights and obligations of the Parties under the Contract, as from the initial date of commencement of commercial Production from the Contract Area, the Contractor shall submit a monthly Production statement to the Ministry showing the following information, which shall be separated by each Commercial Field as well as in aggregate for the Contract Area:
(a) the quantity of Crude Oil produced and saved;
(b) the quality characteristics of such Crude Oil produced and saved;
(c) the quantity of Natural Gas produced and saved;
(d) the quality characteristics of such Natural Gas produced and saved;
(e) the quantities of Crude Oil and Natural Gas used for the purposes of carrying out drilling and Production operations;
(f) the quantities of Crude Oil and Natural Gas unavoidably lost;
(g) the quantities of Natural Gas flared and vented;
(h) the size of Hydrocarbon stocks held at the beginning of the calendar month in question;
(i) the size of any Hydrocarbon stocks held at the end of the calendar month in question;
(j) the quantities of Natural Gas re-injected into the Hydrocarbon reservoir; and
(k) the quantities of Hydrocarbons delivered and sold. All quantities shown in such statement shall be expressed in both volumetric terms (barrels of Crude Oil [bbls] and cubic meters of Natural Gas [M3]) and in weight (metric tons [MT] and long tons [LT]). The Production statement for each calendar month, and the technical report on each Well shall be submitted to the Ministry no later than a period of fifteen (15) days after the end of such calendar month.
PRODUCTION STATEMENT. From the date of first production of Petroleum from the Contract Area the Contractor shall submit a monthly Production Statement to Government showing the following information separately of each producing Field and in aggregate for the Contract Area:
PRODUCTION STATEMENT. 11.1 The Company shall, not later than seven days after the end of the first Calendar Month during which Petroleum is produced from the Licence Area, and thereafter not later than seven days after the end of every succeeding Calendar Month, prepare and submit to the Minister a production statement containing the following particulars in each respect of each Production Area in the Licence Area and for the Licence Area:
(a) The quantity, grades and gravity of Crude Oil Produced and Saved;
(b) the quantity and composition of Natural Gas Produced and Saved;
(c) the quantities of Crude Oil and Natural Gas used for purposes of carrying on drilling and Production Operations and pumping to field storage, as well as quantities injected into the formations, each such use to be separately identified;
(d) the quantity of Petroleum unavoidably lost;
(e) the quantity of Natural Gas flared;
(f) the size of Petroleum stocks held at the beginning of the Calendar Month in question;
(g) the size of Petroleum stocks held at the end of the Calendar Month in question;
(h) the number of days in the Calendar Month during which Petroleum was produced from each Production Area in the Licence Area.
11.2 The Minister may by notice in writing addressed and delivered to the Company direct that any other particulars relating to Petroleum Operations be included in the production statement referred to in paragraph 11.1 and the Company shall comply promptly with such request.
11.3 The Company shall, not later than seven days after the end of each Quarter address and deliver to the Commissioner aggregated statements containing the particulars referred to in items (a) to (h) of paragraph 11.1 in respect of the three months comprising that Quarter.
PRODUCTION STATEMENT. Value of Production and Pricing Statement Section 7: Statement of Costs, Expenditures and Receipts
PRODUCTION STATEMENT. 5.1. Upon commencement of production of Petroleum from the Contract Area, the Contractor shall submit a monthly Production Statement to the Minister showing the following information separately for each Field and in aggregate for the Contract Area.
(a) The gross quantity of Crude Oil and Natural Gas produced.
(b) The quantities of Crude Oil and Natural Gas used for the purpose of carrying on Petroleum Operations including drilling and Production Operations and pumping to Field storage.
(c) Quantities of Crude Oil and Natural Gas lost.
(d) The quantities of Natural Gas flared.
(e) The quantity of Crude Oil produced and sold.
(f) The quantity of Natural Gas produced and sold.
(g) The quantity of stocks of Crude Oil held at the beginning of the Calendar Quarter in question.
(h) The quantity of stocks of Crude Oil held at the end of the Calendar Quarter in question.
(i) The number of days in the Quarter during which Petroleum was produced from each Field.
(j) The average daily production rate for each Field.
5.2. The Production Statement for each Calendar Quarter shall be submitted to the Minister not later than thirty (30) days after the end of such Calendar Quarter.
PRODUCTION STATEMENT. After production begins, a monthly production statement shall be submitted within no more than fifteen (15) days after the end of each month. For each month, it shall present details of the production of each Field, and especially the quantities of Hydrocarbons:
a) in stock at the beginning of the month;
b) lifted during the month;
c) lost and used for the needs of the Petroleum Operations;
d) in stock at the end of the month. Attached to and forming an integral part of this Agreement between the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire and the Contractor. BANK GUARANTEE This bank guarantee is issued on this (indicate issuance date) ……………… by the company ……………… (indicate name of BANK), a joint-stock company with share capital of …………., registered under number…………, with registered office in ………….., represented herein by Mr ……………. ,………………..(indicate capacity of signer), hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”,
PRODUCTION STATEMENT. 6.1 Subsequent to the Date of Commencement of Commercial Production from the Contract Area, Contractor shall submit a monthly Production Statement to GNPC showing the following information for each Development and Production Area as appropriate:
a) the quantity of Crude Oil produced and saved;
b) the quantity of Natural Gas produced and saved;
c) the quantities of Petroleum used for the purpose of conducting drilling and Production Operations, pumping to field storage and reinjections;
d) the quantities of Natural Gas flared;
e) the size of Petroleum stocks held at the beginning of the Month;
f) the size of Petroleum stocks held at the end of the Month.
6.2 The Production Statement of each Calendar Month shall be submitted to GNPC not later than ten (10) days after the end of such Month.
PRODUCTION STATEMENT.
5.1 Upon commencement of production from the Contract Area, the Contractor shall submit a monthly Production Statement to TPDC showing the following information for each Development Area and for the Contract Area:
(a) the quantity and quality of Crude Oil produced and saved;
(b) the quantity and composition of Natural Gas produced and saved;
(c) the quantities of Petroleum used for the purposes of carrying on drilling and production operations and pumping to field storage as well as quantities injected into the formation;
(d) the quantities of Petroleum unavoidably lost;
(e) the quantities of Natural Gas flared;
(f) the size of Petroleum stocks held at the beginning of the Month in question;
(g) the size of petroleum stocks held at the end of the Month in question;
(h) the number of days in the Month during which Petroleum was produced from each Development Area within the Contract Area;
5.2 At the end of each Calendar Quarter aggregated statements in respect of the three Months comprising that Quarter shall be submitted for each of the items
(a) to (g) in sub-section 5.1 above. Additionally, the average daily production rate for the Quarter shall be calculated in accordance with Article 11 of the Agreement.
5.3 The Production Statement for each Month or quarter shall be submitted Government and TPDC not later than seven (7) days after the end of such Month or quarter.
PRODUCTION STATEMENT. Contractor’s Production Statement shall contain the following information and shall be prepared in accordance with the following principles:
(a) The production sharing shall be determined on the basis of all Petroleum produced and saved from the Commercial Field and measured at the Delivery Point or Points during the respective Month in accordance with Article 14 and Annex 4 of the Contract.
(b) The volumes of grades of Crude Oil and Natural Gas produced and sold will be determined separately at the Delivery Point.
(c) The volumes of Crude Oil shall be corrected for water and sediments, and shall be determined on the basis of standard temperatures and pressures (sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit and 14.7 p.s.i.
a.). The gravity, sulphur content, and other quality indicators of the Crude Oil shall be determined and registered regularly.
(d) The volumes of Natural Gas produced and sold shall be determined on the basis of standard temperatures and pressures (sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit and 14.7 p.s.i.
a.). The energy content, sulphur content and other quality indicators of the Natural Gas shall be determined and registered regularly.
