PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE. If an applicant who has completed an out-of-state approved teacher preparation program and holds a valid, standard teaching certificate from that state and meets all the requirements for the Professional Teaching Certificate or a Professional CTE Certificate listed below, he/she can be evaluated for the Professional certificate as his/her initial Michigan teaching certificate. An applicant who qualifies for the Professional certificate as his/her initial Michigan certificate is not required to test.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE. The Superintendent affirms that he or she is not under contract with another school board or board of education for any part of or all of the same term provided in this Contract. The Superintendent further affirms that throughout the term of this Contract that he or she will hold a valid and appropriate certificate to act as a Superintendent of Schools in the State of Nebraska, which certificate shall be registered in the office of the District. It is understood and agreed that this Contract shall not be valid until the aforementioned Administrative and Supervisory Certificate is registered with the District. It is further understood that he or she shall not be compensated for any services performed prior to the date of registration of such certificate.

  • Provisional Certificate 14.3.1 The Independent Engineer may, at the request of the Concessionaire, issue a provisional certificate of completion substantially in the form set forth in Schedule-J (the "Provisional Certificate") if the Tests are successful and the Bus Terminal can be safely and reliably placed in commercial operation though certain works or things forming part thereof are outstanding and not yet complete.
