Common use of Professional Days Clause in Contracts

Professional Days. An employee may take four (4) days a year to take part in courses, conferences, workshops, institutes, evening meetings, observations at other Centres or in-service training sessions, such leave to be paid, and at times mutually agreed upon between the Employer and the employee.
