The Contractor shall determine the availability and pricing of the publications suggested and report the findings to the HFD book committee and the HR Classified Testing Division. The contractor shall prepare and forward the Source Materials Announcement and all information needed to purchase items listed in the Source Materials Announcement to the HR Classified Testing Division. ORAL TESTING COMPONENTS/ASSESSMENT CENTER The Assessment Center exercises will be administered first, and the scoring will be finalized within ten (10)-business days after the assessment center component has been completed. The results of the assessment center, including all assessment panel scores for each candidate, will be provided to HFD and the HR Classified Testing Division within ten (10)-business days after the completion of the assessment center in .pdf form. Additionally, an excel spreadsheet with assessment center data and demographics for each candidate should be sent to the HR Classified Testing Division along with a .pdf rank order draft list containing: 1) key identifiers, 2) AC component scores, and 3) overall assessment center scores. Assessment Center exercise scoring process shall incorporate the use of predetermined criterion for performance standard (for example, Behavior Anchored Rating Scales "BARS"). The Contractor, or a subcontractor under the auspices and supervision of the Contractor, shall perform an assessment of ALL candidates who sign up for the Captain and Senior Captain promotional process.
