Progressive Disciplinary Policy. As a supplement to Article VIII of the Employee Handbook, the parties agree that the following policy will be adhered to for other infractions. Progressive Discipline System 3 violations in 3 years = 2-day suspension 4 violations in 3 years = 5-day suspension 5 violations in 3 years = 10-day suspension without pay or potential termination at the Authority’s discretion. After three years has elapsed from the time of a disciplinary violation, that disciplinary violation shall be purged from the employee’s progressive system.
