Discipline System. It is agreed and understood that the following progressive system of discipline shall be followed in disciplining bargaining unit members:
a. Verbal warning by appropriate administrator.
b. Written warning by appropriate administrator.
c. Written reprimand by appropriate administrator.
d. Suspension with pay pending a “Just Cause” hearing.
e. Suspension without pay.
f. Dismissal for just cause only.
Discipline System. The district will normally use progressive discipline to address unacceptable acts or performance based issues. Depending upon the severity of the offense, progressive discipline will normally be followed but may include any of the following:
A. Oral warning or reprimand;
B. Written warning or reprimand;
C. Disciplinary suspension with pay;
D. Disciplinary suspension without pay;
Discipline System. The following progressive system of discipline shall be followed in disciplining employees. Discipline may start at any level based on the seriousness of the alleged offense
a. Verbal warning by appropriate administrator.

e. Suspension without pay.
f. Dismissal for just cause only.
Discipline System. The District will generally follow the steps of progressive discipline listed below. However, it is understood that the District is not required to follow this progression in every case, and that it may issue any level of discipline up to and including discharge for a first offense so long as such discipline is consistent with the just cause standard:
1. Verbal warning by appropriate administrator;

3. Suspension without pay; and
Discipline System. Attendance issues will be handled on a separate discipline track from behavioral issues. The parties agree to abide by the following guidelines in disciplinary policy: All discipline and discharge will be for just cause.
Discipline System. In order to maintain discipline amongst students and to ensure strict compliance of KCLAS rules, Discipline system is being introduced for all the students of KCLAS. DOT system is an indicative system so that the concerned students and their faculty know the level of offence committed by the students. An entry system will be maintained in students’ profile for MINOR as well as MAJOR offences. This will help monitor the level of offences and the number of times the same student has been involved in any act of indiscipline. It will also help in deciding on the quantum of punishment for violation of orders and will lead to pin-pointing on perpetual offenders who need to be punished severely.
Discipline System. In order to be fair to all Program participants, the JATC has established a self-elimination discipline system. All apprentices start the Program with 50 points. The loss of 50 points may result in your immediate dismissal from the Program. The following violations are examples of misconduct and the points associated with that conduct. These examples are not meant to be a complete list of all violations. The loss of 30 points will automatically result in a notification that you must appear at a disciplinary hearing. The Director of Apprenticeship, the JATC and the sub-JACs retain the discretion to interpret and apply this system. Apprentices may regain lost points by requesting to appear before the sub JAC. Lost points may be regained in increments of 10 provided the apprentice has no violations for the preceding 90 days. Apprentices may not recoup more than 30 points during their apprenticeship. This shall not apply to apprentices who have lost all 50 points.
