Project License. If Customer’s License Certificate indicates that Customer has obtained a “Project License” for any Specialized Software, then, subject to this Agreement and Customer’s payment of all applicable fees, during the License Term (the duration of the relevant Project), BlackBerry grants to Customer, under BlackBerry’s Intellectual Property Rights, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license:
Project License. The Parties agree to join with the District’s filing with FERC requesting that FERC issue appropriate orders: (1) to amend the Project’s existing license to include this Agreement as a condition thereof, and (2) to terminate the Xxxxx Settlement Agreement dated October 1, 1990.
Project License. If a Licensee has a LAC that specifies a Project License, then the quantity of Members indicated on the LAC represents the maximum number of licensed Members for the Project (“Total Project Software Staff”). Should the Project contain users that do not meet the definition of a Member, such users may install the Software and execute Target Applications (e.g. for testing) without charge. RTI reserves the right, upon reasonable notice, to examine Licensee’s records regarding the number of Members for a particular Project.

For the sole Projects and Respective Concepts winning the Contest, even if in one single Category: the Sponsor pledges to manufacture the prototype of at least one of the Projects submitted in the framework of the contest and to offer it for sale in its online catalogue for at least 6 (six) months. In addition, for the sole Projects and Respective Concepts winning the Contest, even if in one single Category, the User grants to Desall and the Sponsor:
Project License. A project license allows the licensee to use the API/component for a certain project (intranet or internet) for an unlimited period of time. Project licenses are tied to a fully qualified domain name (FQDN) on a single server or on a single virtual machine. The licensee will notify a change in the domain name without delay. The use of the API/component using the command line is not permitted due to the lack of domain context. A project license includes a development license without time limit for the licensed API/component. This development license refers to the software versions available to the licensee in form of access to updates under the project license.
Project License. 10.1 Licensee may also purchase a Project License for the Product. A Project License is priced according to the anticipated number of users of the Product by the Licensee. This number shall be stated on the Purchase order issued by Licensee along with the name of the Project using the Product.
10.2 A Project License permits unlimited use of the Product by Licensee and subcontractors for the duration of the Project, provided that the actual number of users rarely exceeds the anticipated number of users. In the case where the actual number of users exceeds the anticipated number of users, Licensee and Licensor will enter into good faith negotiations to determine an appropriate remuneration to Licensor.
10.3 Yearly (usually upon renewal of maintenance), Licensor shall request, and Licensee shall remit, a letter statement to Licensor stating the number of anticipated users for the coming year.
10.4 A Project License does not permit use of the Product for Projects other than that specified in the Purchase Order.
Project License. On January 1 of the sixth full year after issuance of a New Project License the Minimum River Flows shall increase automatically to the levels of the second 5-year period. Minimum River Flows shall be maintained at the second 5-year level for a five year test period provided at least four consecutive non-critically dry years occur. If the test period is interrupted by one or more critically dry years the test period shall be extended as determined by the ERC and FS. Adjustments to required Minimum River Flows after the completion of the second 5-year test period shall be made as specified by the ERC and FS. Such adjustments shall not exceed the Cap Flows applicable for the third 5-year test period. The length of the third 5-year test period shall be subject to the same conditions as the second 5-year test period (may be extended by the ERC and FS in the event critically dry years occur). Adjustments after the third 5-year test period shall be as specified by the ERC and FS, and such adjustments shall not exceed the Cap Flows applicable for the third 5-year test period. FERC shall be advised of the status of the test periods in the ERC’s annual report.
