Project Management and Staffing. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Principal of Xxxxxxx Associates, shall be Project Manager for the Study and will have primary responsibility for all project management, report authoring, analysis, and presentations. Xx. Xxxxxxx will be assisted by staff of Policy Consulting Associates LLC (PCA). The two firms have collaborated on numerous water, wastewater, and recycled water projects for LAFCOs including the evaluation of San Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx’x transfer of water and wastewater services and facilities, and preparation of service reviews for all water and wastewater agencies in Napa County. XXXXXXX ASSOCIATES (BA) specializes in fiscal and feasibility analysis, city, county and special district budget forecasting and impact analysis. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx has worked closely with LAFCOs, cities, districts for over 35 years to evaluate organizational effectiveness and service delivery options. He has prepared financial feasibility analyses and budgets for the formation of new districts and provision of utility services for both public and private sector clients and has evaluated governance alternatives.

Project Management and Staffing. This criteria includes whether the proposed personnel, staff qualifications and experience and project organization are sufficient to address the planning, operations, and management/analysis activities of the program. • This includes the process by which the applicant will assemble an effective team and how the applicant presents specified tasks and responsibilities to be assigned for key personnel and positions. • This includes how well the proposed approaches to meeting proposed goals and specific objectives are convincing and likely to achieve all objectives within the prescribed time frames.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Project Management Plan 1 3.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control 2 activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.

  • Project Staffing Prior to the start of any work under this Agreement, Consultant must submit to City detailed resumes of key personnel that will be involved in performing services prescribed in the Agreement.   • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Staffing Consultant will designate in writing to Authority its representative, and the manner in which it will provide staff support for the project, which must be approved by Authority. Consultant must notify Authority’s Contract Representative of any change in personnel assigned to perform work under this Contract, and the Authority’s Contract Representative has the right to reject the person or persons assigned to fill the position or positions. The Authority’s Contract Representative shall also have the right to require the removal of the Consultant’s previously assigned personnel, including Consultant’s representative, provided sufficient cause for such removal exists. The criteria for requesting removal of an individual will be based on, but not limited to, the following: technical incompetence, inability to meet the position’s qualifications, failure to perform, poor attendance, ethics violation, unsafe work habits, or damage to Authority or other property. Upon notice for removal, Consultant shall replace such personnel with personnel substantially equal in ability and qualifications for the positions and shall submit the proposed replacement personnel qualification and abilities to the Authority, in writing, for approval.
