PROPOSER’S MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS. All companies submitting a Proposal must meet the following minimum qualifications: The Proposer shall be a commercial entity with an established track record operating in its field. In addition, Proposer shall be, or have as part of its team the following: • Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Product Manufacturer – a company that is a product manufacturer of standard commercial LMR communications equipment for use of the type required for this project (i.e., transmitter and receiver equipment for operation in the 470 to 490 MHz spectrum). The company shall have engineering, project management, product integration resources, and demonstrable manufacturing capacity sufficient to produce and deliver specified equipment in quantities adequate to meet the functional specifications and project time lines set forth in the RFP. • Systems Integrator – a company that is a systems integrator with demonstrable successful experience in integrating large-scale LMR and CAD/AVL implementations with ITS components. Such entity shall have engineering, project management, and product integration resources. The Proposing company, as well as all Subcontractor team members, must maintain as current all certifications, licenses, and registrations that are required to implement this project. Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx is serving as a consultant to the District on this Project. No Proposer may use Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx as a Subcontractor on any project related to this Contract. Proposers must also disclose with their Proposal all contractual relationships currently existing, or that have concluded in the last year, with Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx. Please see Section 12 below regarding Conflicts of Interest.

PROPOSER’S MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS. Each Proposer interested in responding to this Request for Proposals (RFP) must provide the information on the Proposer’s qualifications and experience, qualifications of the project team, Project Manager’s experience, and previous similar projects. Additionally, Proposer must be an established firm for a minimum of three (3) years, and Proposer, or its owner(s) and/or principal(s), must have a minimum of three (3) years related experience. See “Instructions for Submitting a Response: (Submission Requirements).” Submittals that do not respond completely to all requirements may be considered non-responsive and eliminated from the process. Before submitting a proposal, each Proposer shall make all investigations and examinations necessary to ascertain all conditions and requirements affecting the full performance of the contract. No pleas of ignorance of such conditions and requirements resulting from failure to make such investigations and examinations will relieve the Successful Proposer from any obligation to comply with every detail and with all provisions and requirements of the contract documents, or will be accepted as a basis for any claim whatsoever for any monetary consideration on the part of the Proposer. Any changes to the RFP requirements will be made by written addenda by the City and shall be considered part of the RFP. Upon issuance, such addenda shall be incorporated into the agreement documents, and shall prevail over inconsistent provisions of earlier issued documentation.

  • Vendor Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Based on the Contractor’s submission, OGS has determined that Contractor met the minimum qualifications for the lot(s) as identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information. If Contractor is awarded Lot 1 as a New York State Certified Minority- or Women- Owned Business Enterprise or as a New York State Small Business, Contractor agrees that it must retain at least one of such statuses to retain its Lot 1 award. Should a Contractor no longer retain at least one of such statuses, OGS shall suspend its Lot 1 award and the Contractor shall not be able to respond to Authorized User’s requests. If the Contractor fails to regain at least one of the statuses within 90 calendar days and provide OGS with documentation of such status, then its Lot 1 award shall be terminated. Any transaction awarded prior to Contractor’s loss of such statuses may continue until completion, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with this Contract.   • Staff Qualifications a) CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3064 and 3065.

  • General Qualifications General qualifications commonly required of all candidates for, appointees to, and employees in the classified service such as integrity, honesty, sobriety, dependability, industry, thoroughness, accuracy, good judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, courtesy, ability to work cooperatively with others, good health, and freedom from disabling defects, shall be deemed to be a part of the personal characteristics of the minimum qualifications of each class specification and need not be specifically set forth therein. The Commission may prescribe alternative or additional qualifications for individual classes and such qualifications also shall be deemed to be a part of the specifications for such classes.

  • Personnel Qualifications Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.

  • Professional Qualifications It shall be a condition of continued professional employment that employees must apply for enrolment in their appropriate professional licensing body by the thirtieth day of continuous service.

  • Driver Qualifications All drivers shall be trained and qualified in the operation of collection vehicles, and must have in effect a valid license, of the appropriate class, issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles. Contractor shall use the Class II California Department of Motor Vehicles employer “Pull Notice Program” to monitor its drivers for safety.
