Prosecution of the Services. Contractor will perform all work in a professional, workmanlike, and timely manner. Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, tools, supplies, machinery, utilities, and other equipment that may be necessary for the prompt completion of the Services. Contractor will monitor, supervise, and otherwise control and be solely responsible for all persons or entities performing work on its behalf.
Prosecution of the Services. Contractor will perform, supervise, and direct all work in a professional and workmanlike manner, using Contractor’s best skill and attention, and will furnish all furniture, furnishing, equipment, labor, materials, tools, supplies, machinery, utilities, storage, delivery, and other facilities and equipment that may be necessary for the completion of the Services. Contractor will be solely responsible for and have control over the means, methods, techniques, sequences, and procedures of fabrication or purchase, shipment, delivery, storage, and installation, and for coordinating all Services as required by conditions except as specifically provided. Contractor will monitor, supervise, and otherwise control and be solely responsible for all persons or entities performing work on its behalf.
Prosecution of the Services. Contractor shall, at its own expense, perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, tools, supplies, machinery, utilities and other equipment that may be necessary for the completion of the Services, in a professional and workmanlike manner, except as otherwise provided in Work Orders or attachments thereto.

CxA shall commence providing Services under this Agreement upon execution of the Agreement by both Parties, and will diligently perform such Services as described herein and as otherwise reasonably required to achieve completion of the Services according to the following milestones:

Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, tools, supplies, machinery, utilities, and other equipment that may be necessary for the prompt completion of the Services. Contractor will monitor, supervise, and otherwise control and be solely responsible for all persons or entities performing work on its behalf. The Services to be performed by Contractor hereunder shall be done in compliance with any and all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. All work, if related to construction, will be performed in accordance with the City’s Engineering Standards and Specifications.
