Protective Force Alarm Console Operators. (a) Protective Force Officers (PFOs) in any classification may qualify to become site Alarm Console Operators and operate the alarm monitoring console (Console) during up to two shifts, Monday through Friday. Console Operators not assigned to Console duties during portions of these shifts will be assigned to Protective Support duties. During off shift days and hours the Console will be monitored by other PORTS site staff. (b) Only trained and qualified PFOs will be eligible to bid and work as Console Operators. Only trained and qualified PFOs will be eligible to work overtime in this position. The Company will train up to 10 hourly PFO to qualify as Console Operators. (c) PFO Console Operators shall be required to multi-task, possess typing skills, possess writing skills, exhibit personal computer proficiency skills, answer multiple telephone lines, monitor surveillance systems /equipment, communicate, and provide detailed information to the Protective Force Shift Commander (PFSC), monitor/use Protective Force radio and other job duties as assigned. (d) The PFO Console Operator will report directly to the on-duty PFSC. (e) The PFSC or other trained Console Operator will relieve the Console Operator for brief restroom relief. No other relief schedule or break system will be given. (f) Job rotations shall be integrated with other PFO positions or categories. To ensure PFO proficiency and continuity of operations, PFOs will be ineligible for job trades when assigned as Console Operators. (g) During Company recognized holidays this position is considered Protective Force Support (PFS). (h) Applicable PFO Base Hourly Rates are established in the Wages Article of this CBA.

  • Changes in Equipment, Systems, Etc USBFS reserves the right to make changes from time to time, as it deems advisable, relating to its systems, programs, rules, operating schedules and equipment, so long as such changes do not adversely affect the services provided to the Trust under this Agreement.

  • Flexible Working Arrangements In accordance with the Employment Relations Act 2000, an employee affected by family violence may request a short-term (two months or less) variation of their employment arrangements to assist the employee to deal with the effects of family violence.

  • Fitness Center Subject to the provisions of this Section, so long as Tenant is not in Default under this Lease, and provided Tenant’s employees execute a standard waiver of liability form used at the Fitness Center (hereinafter defined) and pay the applicable one time or monthly fee, then Tenant’s employees (the “Fitness Center Users”) shall be entitled to use the KINETIC fitness center (the “Fitness Center”) in the building located at 600 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx. The use of the Fitness Center shall be subject to the rules and regulations (including rules regarding hours of use) established from time to time by the Fitness Center operator. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the use of the Fitness Center by the Fitness Center Users shall be at their own risk. Tenant acknowledges that the provisions of this Section shall not be deemed to be a representation by Landlord that the Fitness Center (or any other fitness facility) shall be continuously operated and maintained throughout the Term of this Lease, and no termination of Tenant’s or the Fitness Center Users’ rights to the Fitness Center shall entitle Tenant to an abatement or reduction in Basic Rent, constitute a constructive eviction, or result in an event of default by Landlord under this Lease. Tenant hereby voluntarily releases, discharges, waives and relinquishes any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury or property damage occurring to Tenant or its employees or agents arising as a result of the use of the Fitness Center, or any activities incidental thereto, wherever or however the same may occur, and further agrees that Tenant will not prosecute any claim for personal injury or property damage against Landlord or any of its officers, agents, servants or employees for any said causes of action. It is the intention of Tenant with respect to the Fitness Center to exempt and relieve Landlord from liability for personal injury or property damage caused by negligence. Tenant’s rights hereunder to permit its employees to use the Fitness Center shall belong solely to Tenant and may not be transferred or assigned without Landlord’s prior written consent, which may be withheld by Landlord in Landlord’s sole discretion.

  • Replacement of Key Personnel The Engineer must notify the State in writing as soon as possible, but no later than three business days after a project manager or other key personnel is removed from association with this contract, giving the reason for removal.

  • Maintenance Employees The normal hours of work for full-time Maintenance employees are 72 ½ hours over a two (2) week period, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day.
