Relief Schedule. The scheduled relief shifts will be posted on the 15th of each month for the following month. All relief shift availability must be submitted by the 7th of each month in order to be considered for scheduled shifts for the following month. Where part-time or relief employees are required to be called in to work to cover shifts which are vacant due to illnesses, holidays, vacations, or other absences, the Employer shall contact employees for each vacant shift required to be covered in the following manner. (a) A list of relief employees in descending order of their service shall be utilized. Where a relief employee accepts an offer to fill a vacant shift, the next available vacant shift to be filled will be first offered to the next relief employee on the list. The calls made to relief employees shall be done on a rotational basis. (b) In the event that no relief employees fill the vacant shift, the Employer shall call part-time employees from a list in descending order of their seniority in the same manner as noted above. (c) In the event that no relief or part-time employees fill the vacant shift, then the Employer may call full-time employees from a list in descending order of their seniority in the same manner as noted in paragraph (a) as long as this would not result in overtime for the full-time employee. (d) Nothing in this Article or Collective Agreement shall require the Employer to schedule work in such a manner so as to attract overtime or premium pay.

Downtown 34 35 B. The relief schedule shall consist of a 4-2 schedule, where the member works 36 two (2) tours on the 3rd platoon, immediately followed by two (2) tours on the 37 1st platoon. 39 C. The relief schedule shall be an exception to Section 3(A) of this Article and no 40 premium pay for changing shifts shall apply. 41 D. All members assigned to the relief schedule shall be paid the appropriate shift 42 adjustment according to Article 3, Section 6. 43 44 E. All members assigned to the relief schedule shall receive one hundred fourteen 45 (114) hours per year, pro rata, in compensatory time, added to compensatory 46 time banks quarterly, for working the relief schedule. 48 Section 5: 5th Platoon 49 A. The Department may create and institute a 5th platoon schedule in each of 50 the Patrol Sections to respond to calls for service and to perform patrol 51 functions. 53 B. The starting hours of such 5th platoon shall commence no earlier than 8:00 54 a.m. and shall consist of the standard 8.25 hour workday on the 4 on, 2 off 55 schedule. 2 C. The initial starting time of the 5th platoon in each Patrol Section may be 3 initially determined unilaterally by the City, subject to the 8:00 a.m. start 4 time limitation. The work schedule and the work hours of the 5th platoon 5 in each Patrol Section shall be subject to the provisions contained in Article 6 18 of this Agreement. 8 ARTICLE 19
Relief Schedule. The monthly Relief Schedule will be filled out and posted by the 15th of every month for the following month. The Relief staff are required to fill out the Relief Availability Book to determine their available times to cover shifts by the 15th of each month. Shifts are given to staff based on their availability. Management will attempt to evenly distribute the available relief shifts amongst these staff, including the full time that have posted into relief shifts.
Relief Schedule. When a Service Availability goal is not met due to confirmed Downtime, Xxxxx shall provide OCA with the Relief that corresponds to the Attainment, as set forth in the Relief Schedule below. Notwithstanding the above, the total amount of all relief that would be due under this SLA will not exceed 5% of the reported revenue for any one monthly reporting cycle. Issuing of such relief does not relieve Xxxxx of its obligations under the eFile Agreement to correct the problem which created the service interruption. Every monthly reporting cycle, Xxxxx shall compare confirmed Downtime to Service Availability. In the event that Attainment does not meet the goal, the following relief will apply: The average revenue per hour will be based on the revenue generated during the month preceding a documented Downtime incident divided by the number hours in that same monthly reporting cycle.

  • Shift Schedule The words "shift schedule" when used in this Agreement shall mean a timetable of the shifts and off days assigned to a position or group of positions which commences at the beginning of a pay period and includes one complete rotation of said shifts.

  • Recovery Schedule If the initial schedule or any current updates fail to reflect the Work’s actual plan or method of operation, or a contractual milestone date is more than fifteen (15) days behind, Owner may require that a recovery schedule for completion of the remaining Work be submitted. The Recovery Schedule must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of Owner’s request. The Recovery Schedule shall describe in detail Construction Contractor’s plan to complete the remaining Work by the required Contract milestone date. The Recovery Schedule submitted shall meet the same requirements as the original Construction Schedule. The narrative submitted with the Recovery Schedule should describe in detail all changes that have been made to meet the Contract milestone dates.

  • Shift Schedules 1501 Shift schedules for a minimum of a four (4) week period shall be posted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the beginning of the scheduled period. Shifts within the minimum four (4) week period shall not be altered after posting except by mutual agreement between the nurse(s) concerned and the Employer. Requests for specific days off duty shall be submitted in writing at least two (2) weeks prior to posting and granted, if possible in the judgment of the Employer. 1502 Requests for interchanges in posted shifts or a portion thereof shall also be submitted in writing, co-signed by the nurse willing to exchange shifts with the applicant. Where reasonably possible, interchanges in posted shifts are to be completed within the posted shift schedule. It is understood that any change in shifts or days off initiated by the nurses and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime costs to the Employer. 1503 Night shift shall be considered as the first shift of each calendar day. 1504 Master rotations for each nursing unit shall be planned by the Employer in meaningful consultation with the nurse(s) concerned. The process for meaningful consultation shall include:  Employer proposes a master rotation including the Employer established criteria and provides to Nurses concerned  Nurses are provided reasonable time to submit feedback and/or an alternate master rotation for consideration.  The amended or new master rotation is provided to Nurses for review. Nurses are provided with a reasonable time to submit feedback.  At each step of the consultation process the Union will be provided with the new or revised master rotation to ensure contract compliance.  Employer has the sole discretion to select the new master rotation and provides rationale for the selection. Master Rotations shall, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the nurse(s) concerned and the Employer, observe the conditions listed hereinafter: (a) a minimum of fifteen hours (15) off between assigned shifts. (b) (i) a minimum of forty-seven (47) hours off at one time, or

  • Updates to Schedules Should any of the information or disclosures provided on any of the Schedules attached hereto become outdated or incorrect in any material respect, the Borrower shall promptly provide the Agent in writing with such revisions or updates to such Schedule as may be necessary or appropriate to update or correct same; provided, however, that no Schedule shall be deemed to have been amended, modified or superseded by any such correction or update, nor shall any breach of warranty or representation resulting from the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any such Schedule be deemed to have been cured thereby, unless and until the Required Banks, in their sole and absolute discretion, shall have accepted in writing such revisions or updates to such Schedule.

  • Budget Schedule Subrecipient agrees that the expenditures of any and all funds under this Contract will be in accordance with the Budget Schedule, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment C, and which by this reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.

Pay shall be by direct deposit to the employee’s financial institute as on record with the Employer, with an electronic pay statement issued to the employee on or before the pay date. 50.02 The employee’s pay stub shall be delivered to the employee’s workplace and distributed to the employee on or before the specified pay date. 50.03 Employees shall be paid in accordance with Schedule “A” of this agreement.
