Provincial Salary Scale. The Provincial Salary Scale is attached as Appendix A. 12.1.1 Effective the first day of the first full pay period after April 1, 2015 or the first day of the first full pay period after the date of tentative settlement of the collective agreement (whichever is later), all annual rates of pay in Appendix A of the collective agreement which were in effect on March 31, 2015 shall be increased by one percent (1%). The Parties agree that retroactive adjustment will apply in the case of a tentative settlement on or before September 1, 2015. After that date there will be no retroactive adjustment. 12.1.2 Effective the first day of the first full pay period after February 1, 2016, all annual rates of pay in Appendix A of the collective agreement which were in effect on January 31, 2016 shall be increased by the Economic Stability Dividend*. 12.1.3 Effective the first day of the first full pay period after April 1, 2016, all annual rates of pay in Appendix A of the collective agreement which were in effect on March 31, 2016 shall be increased by one-half of one percent (0.5%).
