PTO Guidelines Sample Clauses
The PTO Guidelines clause defines the rules and procedures governing the accrual, use, and management of paid time off (PTO) for employees. It typically outlines how PTO is earned based on factors such as length of service or hours worked, the process for requesting time off, and any restrictions on carryover or payout of unused days. This clause ensures both employer and employee have a clear understanding of leave entitlements and expectations, reducing misunderstandings and supporting consistent application of PTO policies.
