Public Recognition. (a) The Council must publicly and positively acknowledge:
(1) the payment of the Monetary Contribution by the Company; and
(2) the Company’s role in funding any Approved Local Projects via the Community Enhancement Fund.
(b) The form of public acknowledgment required by clause 6.6(a) is to be agreed by the Council and the Company (acting reasonably) but must include:
(1) The prominent inclusion of the Company’s logo in any advertisement for Funding Applications or an announcement made in relation to the Approved Local Projects and funding determinations; and
(2) where appropriate for particular approved Local Projects, a permanent sign recognising that the Approved Local Project was funded by the Company via the Community Enhancement Fund.
Public Recognition. Development Manager will give, or ensure the giving of, as applicable, appropriate and balanced textual recognition and acknowledgment of the City’s and CSERELP’s contribution and investment in the Project in all materials made public by Development Manager related to the Project. The recognition contemplated in this Section shall be in accordance with any applicable policy of the City, including, Section 5.0 of the City’s Corporate Brand Identity and Identifiers (GN- 023) policy.
Public Recognition. Maintain a page on NCIA’s website with a directory listing of all the Allied Associations in the AAP.
a. The Allied Association may also use the AAP logo to identify itself as an AAP participant, provided it follows NCIA’s usage guidelines.
b. NCIA will include an AAP event calendar listing all the Allied Associations’ events. The Allied Association is responsible for submitting information about their events to NCIA staff.
Public Recognition. Quebec undertakes to recognize Canada’s contribution in its publications, in other media and in information bulletins to the public when they refer to the present agreement.
Public Recognition. In its public relations and communications activities, the Recipient shall, where appropriate, acknowledge the provincial participation in the funding of the Recipient and provide visibility to Manitoba and MMDF that is no less favorable than that it provides to any other funding partner.

Public Recognition. To ensure public recognition for the support from BOARD, SERVICE PROVIDER agrees to provide public recognition of Polk County Early Childhood Iowa’s financial support in public announcements, media releases, websites, annual reports, newsletters, event programs, or exhibits, as appropriate and applicable to SERVICE PROVIDER. SERVICE PROVIDER will utilize Polk County Early Childhood Iowa logo when appropriate. At a minimum, the recognition statement should state: “SERVICE PROVIDER gratefully acknowledges the financial support of Polk County Early Childhood Iowa.”
Public Recognition. The score range for the Disability Equality Index is zero (0) to 100, with 100 being the highest score possible. Scores are in increments of 10. ● Only companies with a score of 80 or above are considered top-scoring companies and are recognized as a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion™”. o Only the overall score is published. The breakdown of the score is not published. For example, if a company scores a 90, Disability:IN states that the company scored 90. Disability:IN does not state the category in which the 10 points were not earned. ● Top-scoring companies may be recognized in several places, including the following: the Disability Equality Index Report, Disability:IN website, American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) website, events involving AAPD and/or Disability:IN, or social media from AAPD and/or Disability:IN that discusses the Disability Equality Index along with press releases and in other similar channels. ● Companies that score a 70 or below are kept confidential. Disability:IN does not release the company’s name, score information, or benchmark responses, and only releases information directly back to representatives of the company. ● Disability:IN shall not use the name, trademark, symbol, or other identifier of the disclosing company, except for purposes of promoting the company as a top scorer on the Disability Equality Index, should the company earn such a distinction, expressly as authorized by said company.
Public Recognition. (a) The relevant Council must publicly acknowledge and positively acknowledge the payment of the Monetary Contribution and the public purpose for which they are to be applied towards.
(b) The form of public acknowledgment and required by clause 8.3(a) is to be agreed by the Council and the Developer (acting reasonably).
Public Recognition. To make Canadians and populations of recipient countries aware of this Agreement and the Project, the Organization shall comply with the following Public Recognition provisions. It is understood and agreed that CIDA may, from time to time, by notice in writing, rescind, amend or replace these provisions by new public recognition provisions, which will be deemed an integral part of this Agreement.
