Common use of Purchased Leave Clause in Contracts

Purchased Leave. 42.1 An Employee may, with the agreement of the Employer, work less than 52 weeks per year. Access to this entitlement may only be granted on application from an Employee and cannot be required as a precondition for employment.

Purchased Leave. 42.1 An 23.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, an Employee may, with the agreement of the Employer, work less than 52 between 44 weeks and 51 weeks per year. Access to this entitlement may only be granted on application from an Employee and cannot be required as a precondition for employment.
