PURPOSE AND SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT. 2.1 The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the Parties in using apron parking and bridges at Prague/Ruzyne Airport exclusively for the purpose of parking and handling aircrafts operated by the User and passenger boarding and disembarking the aircraft.
2.2 Under the conditions stipulated below, the Provider hereby undertakes on the basis of the Supplemental Agreements to provide the User the Services and the User hereby undertakes to pay the Provider the Price pursuant to Article 4 hereof for the Services rendered in compliance with this Agreement and under Supplemental Agreement.
PURPOSE AND SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT. 2.1 The subject of the agreement is the provision of services in personal identification, verification of entrants' original documents, organization of application reception for entrants in electronic form, provision of premises and technical means for consultations and entrance examinations by higher education institutions in remote format.
PURPOSE AND SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT. 1. The purpose of this Agreement is the Exhibitor’s participation in the Fair, specifically during the following time periods: Thursday June 7, 2018 10:00 – 18:00 Friday June 8, 2018 10:00 – 18:00 Saturday June 9, 2018 10:00 – 18:00
2. As part of the performance of the subject of this Agreement, the Organizer undertakes to sublease to the Exhibitor for the days specified above suitable premises (stand/stands, or unoccupied spaces) for the exposition during the Fair. The premises and services connected to the sublease are specified in Annex No. 1 of this Agreement.
3. Other provided and subsequently ordered services which exceed the extent of services specified in this Agreement (Annex No. 1) shall be subsequently charged in the final invoice only on the basis of an order issued in writing by the Exhibitor and confirmed by the Organizer under price conditions specified in Annex No. 2.
4. The Exhibitor is entitled to demand that the Organizer provides him with an inspection of the premises intended for the exposition on the day preceding the commencement of the Fair. The Exhibitor acknowledges that the Organizer is entitled to narrow the determined premises down, to extend them or replace them with other premises if such an act is absolutely necessary for organizational reasons or in order to ensure security and protection of health of exhibitors or visitors of the Fair.
5. The Exhibitor is entitled to use the subleased premises for the entire duration of the Fair for the purposes of exhibiting its exposition in the agreed extent.
PURPOSE AND SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT. 1.1 Upon sending the Order Form, the Customer is interested in purchasing an NFT (a bid- limited digital content represented as a token, the so-called non-fungible token) issued (minted) in the Cardano network or other network of a similar type (hereinafter referred to as the "NFT") and represents that he/she has been acquainted with the Company's General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") and the binding NFT purchase conditions stipulated hereby and understands their wording. All terms and definitions used herein are based on the concepts and rules laid down in the GTC, and this Agreement only specifies them in more detail.
1.2 The Company hereby sells the selected NFTs to the Customer, and the Customer buys and takes exclusive ownership of such NFTs.
PURPOSE AND SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT. 2.1 According to the provisions of this Contract, the University shall assume an obligation to enrol remotely the students from the Azerbaijan Republic for the distance learning and invite them for the education at the UNIVERSITYthrough the COMPANYI and the COMPANY2 shall provide the services for them relating to the identification of an enrolee, verification of original documents of the enrolees, organize the reception of e applications and provide the premises and technical facilities for the remote consultations and exams passed to enter the UNIVERSITY*.
PURPOSE AND SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT. The Parties agree that the main purpose of this Agreement shall be creation of new jobs in the Zone, attraction of investors to the Zone, and effective management of the Zone. The company undertakes to perform its obligations stipulated in the Legal Acts and this Agreement so as to duly implement the requirements of the Performance Indicators set forth in Article 8 of the Agreement, and to ensure appropriate provision of the Services.
PURPOSE AND SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT. 1.1. The subject of this Agreement is the Supplier’s commitment to deliver Optical Low- Temperature SPM as specified in Appendix 1 to this Agreement (“Equipment”) to the the Client and transfer the ownership rights to the Equipment to the Client, as well as the obligation of the Client to pay to the Supplier the agreed price for the duly delivered Equipment in accordance with the conditions set in this Agreement.
1.2. A part of the Supplier’s delivery is also to supply all the attachments for the Equipment necessary to fulfill the purpose of this Agreement, including the license to the operating software (as described in this Agreement and the appendices hereto), to transport the Equipment to the place of performance, to install the Equipment and to put the Equipment into full operation, to train the staff of the Client concerning use of the Equipment in the place of performance in the extent necessary for realization of the purpose of this Agreement, to hand over the documents needed to take over and use the Equipment, and to provide the guarantee service (including free update of the software within the guarantee period).
1.3. The Supplier is entitled to use for performance of this Agreement subcontractor(s), whereas the Supplier is obliged to state the list of all subcontractors in Appendix 3 to this Agreement. If the Supplier does not use for performance of this Agreement any subcontractor, then the Supplier is obliged to annex as appendix to this Agreement a declaration of honour stating that the subcontractors shall not be used for performance of this Agreement.
