Continuous Process Improvement. Tactical and strategic continuous process improvement initiatives will be maintained for every aspect of the operation. All system outages will be analyzed until a root cause is determined. Corrective actions will then be assigned and tracked until closure. Sub-processes associated with continuous process improvement include [***…***] outage meetings and metrics and weekly Quality of Service (QoS) Review meetings and metrics. 3.3.1.1 [***…***] Outage Meeting [***…***]. An anomaly report will also be assigned to the appropriate POC at this meeting and completed within 48 hours of the assignment.
Continuous Process Improvement. Throughout the term of this Agreement, each Party respectively agrees to commit significant internal time and resources toward improving the efficiency and quality of the Parties’ coordinated workflows involved in the provision of Services under this Agreement. The Parties will work toward a goal within sixty (60) days following the Effective Date to establish a common methodology that they will use together to achieve mutually agreed workflow efficiency and quality improvements. Each Party will allocate at least two full-time personnel to this effort, with sufficient skills and experience to accomplish the mutually agreed process improvement goals.
Continuous Process Improvement. The Supplier will, on an ongoing basis over the Term, proactively identify no cost areas of improvement as to the delivery and performance of the Services and achievement of County’s Business Objectives. The analysis and formulation of technical and operational inputs supporting the continuous process improvement will be provided by Supplier as part of the Services and at no additional Charge to the County. The outcome will be information for the County to consider on technical and operational Service, delivery advancements, performance and process improvements and technology changes. The Supplier will document these continuous process improvement inputs for the County’s consideration; the County will evaluate the inputs and determine whether any such continuous process improvement inputs warrant further action. No later than once every six (6) months, the County and the Supplier will meet to allow the Supplier to formally present the continuous process improvement inputs above.
Continuous Process Improvement. If a process needs to be developed or refined as a result of implementing a Statement of Work, reporting the hours expended, or negative performance against service levels, then a process development plan will be developed, agreed to and executed jointly by GTE and Genuity. Upon implementation of the plan, both parties will monitor for improvements. Either party will report at the Project Review Meeting as soon as it is determined that these actions have corrected the deficiencies. Either party will also report if processes are not working, thereby causing them not to meet the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Continuous Process Improvement a) OUTSOURCER will continue to improve all revenue cycle processes listed above. OUTSOURCER will conduct root cause analysis on all process deficiencies to aid in continuous process improvement efforts.

Continuous Process Improvement. 6.1.1 The parties agree that improvement to HTA processes to facilitate earlier patient access to medicines will continue during the Term, informed by: (a) the assessment of the Stage 2 PBS Process Improvements;‌ (b) the outcomes of the HTA policy and methods review and process improvements under this Agreement; (c) the submissions and evidence given to and the findings and recommendations of the inquiry into approval processes for new drugs and novel medical technologies in Australia being conducted by House of Representatives Standing Committee on Health, Aged Care and Sport (which is ongoing at the time of entry into this Agreement); (d) the review of the National Medicines Policy (which is intended to commence in August 2021); and (e) key metrics which will be co-designed and jointly agreed by the parties.

  • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT 3.1 The Supplier shall adopt a policy of continuous improvement in relation to the Services pursuant to which it will regularly review with the Authority the Services and the manner in which it is providing the Services with a view to reducing the Authority's costs (including the Framework Prices), the costs of Contracting Bodies and/or improving the quality and efficiency of the Services. The Supplier and the Authority will provide to each other any information which may be relevant to assisting the objectives of continuous improvement and in particular reducing costs.

  • School Improvement 1. The Board and the Association agree that employee participation in decision making is effective in providing positive results for education. 2. The provisions contained in this section shall apply to all school improvement plans, programs or processes set forth by school improvement committees established in the Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx School District as a result of Section 1277 of the Revised School Code. 3. It is understood that participation on school improvement committees is voluntary.   • Performance Improvement Plan timely and accurate completion of key actions due within the reporting period 100 percent The Supplier will design and develop an improvement plan and agree milestones and deliverables with the Authority 3.2 The Authority may from time to time make changes to the KPIs measured as set out in paragraph 3.1 above and shall issue a replacement version to the Supplier.   • Notice to Proceed - Site Improvements The Recipient shall not commence, or cause to be commenced, any site improvements or other work on the Land until the Director has issued a Notice to Proceed to the Recipient. Such Notice to Proceed will not be issued until the Director is assured that the Recipient has complied with all requirements for the approval of a grant under Revised Code Sections 164.20 through 164.27 and has completed any land acquisition required by the Project. A Notice to Proceed shall be required for all Project prime contractors or direct procurement initiated by the Recipient following execution of this Agreement.

  • Quality Improvement VRC shall develop programs designed to improve the quality of care provided by the Radiologists and encourage identification and adoption of best demonstrated processes. Practice and VRC acknowledge that, in connection with such quality improvement activities, it may be necessary to provide VRC with Protected Health Information and Practice and VRC agree to treat such information in accordance with Article 9;

  • The Performance Improvement Process (a) The Performance Improvement Process will focus on the risks of non- performance and problem-solving. It may include one or more of the following actions: (1) a requirement that the HSP develop and implement an improvement plan that is acceptable to the LHIN; (2) the conduct of a Review; (3) a revision and amendment of the HSP’s obligations; and (4) an in-year, or year end, adjustment to the Funding, among other possible means of responding to the Performance Factor or improving performance. (b) Any performance improvement process begun under a prior service accountability agreement that was not completed under the prior agreement will continue under this Agreement. Any performance improvement required by a LHIN under a prior service accountability agreement will be deemed to be a requirement of this Agreement until fulfilled or waived by the LHIN.

  • Public Improvements To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no written or proposed plans to widen, modify, or realign any street or highway or any existing or proposed eminent domain proceedings which would affect the Property in any way whatsoever. To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no presently planned public improvements which would result in the creation of a special improvement or similar lien upon the Property.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract. b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.
