Quality Improvement, Monitoring and Risk Management. 1. The Subcontractor shall permit all persons who are duly authorized by the Managing Entity or the Department to inspect and copy any records, papers, documents, facilities, goods, and services of the Subcontractor which are relevant to this Subcontract, and to interview any clients, employees, and Subcontractor employees of the Subcontractor to assure the Managing Entity or the Department of the satisfactory performance of the terms and conditions of this Subcontract. 2. The Subcontractor shall participate in the Managing Entity’s quality assurance and quality management activities, including: peer reviews, desk reviews (consisting of financial and service validations), critical incident reporting, evaluations, reviews of both individuals served and administrative records, and compliance with contract management requirements. Quality assurance activities also include calls made to the Subcontractor to assess access to services, and ensure that assessment and/or treatment services are offered in a manner commensurate with the level of client need described in Section F, Item 24. The Subcontractor shall grant staff of the Managing Entity access to programmatic files, fiscal files, and individual served records for monitoring purposes. The purpose of the quality assurance monitoring shall be to objectively and systematically monitor and evaluate service accessibility and the appropriateness and quality of client care, to ensure that services are rendered consistent with reasonable, prevailing professional standards, and to resolve identified problems. In addition, the Subcontractor shall grant access for the purpose of monitoring compliance with corrective action. 3. Shall comply with procedures for Incident Reporting and Client Risk Prevention in accordance with the Regional Operating Procedure 215-4 and Children and Families Operating Procedure 215-6 and will submit all incident reports to the Managing Entity.

The Subcontractor shall participate in the Managing Entity’s quality assurance and quality management activities, including: peer reviews, desk financial and data reviews, reviews of critical incidents and critical incident reporting, evaluations, reviews of both individuals served and administrative records, and compliance with contract management requirements and Recovery Orientation Monitoring (ROM) Reviews, required of MAT service providers as identified in Guidance Document 35. Quality assurance activities also include calls made to the Subcontractor to assess access to services, and ensure that assessment and/or treatment services are offered in a manner commensurate with the level of client need described in Section F, Item 24. For quality assurance and quality management purposes, the Subcontractor shall grant staff of the Managing Entity access to facility sites, administrative policies and procedures, programmatic files, fiscal files, Subcontractor staff, their job descriptions, and training records, individual served and/or their clinical records. The purpose of the quality assurance monitoring shall be to objectively and systematically monitor and evaluate service accessibility and the appropriateness and quality of client care, to ensure that services are rendered consistent with reasonable, prevailing professional standards, and to resolve identified problems. In addition, the Subcontractor shall grant access for the purpose of monitoring compliance with corrective action. 3. Shall comply with procedures for Incident Reporting and Client Risk Prevention in accordance with the Regional Operating Procedure 215-4 and Children and Families Operating Procedure 215-6 and will submit all incident reports to the Managing Entity.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. The QMP must be developed no later than the end of the first quarter of the Contract term. 3. update and revise the QMP each biennium or sooner, if necessary. Xxxxxxx’s governing body will review and approve the initial QMP, within the first quarter of the Contract term, and each updated and revised QMP thereafter. The QMP must describe Xxxxxxx’s methods to measure, assess, and improve - i. Implementation of evidence-based practices, programs and research-based approaches to service delivery; ii. Client/participant satisfaction with the services provided by Xxxxxxx; iii. Service capacity and access to services; iv. Client/participant continuum of care; and v. Accuracy of data reported to the state. 4. participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as defined and scheduled by the state including, but not limited to data verification, performing self-reviews; submitting self-review results and supporting documentation for the state’s desk reviews; and participating in the state’s onsite or desk reviews. 5. submit plan of improvement or corrective action plan and supporting documentation as requested by System Agency. 6. participate in and actively pursue CQI activities that support performance and outcomes improvement. 7. respond to consultation recommendations by System Agency, which may include, but are not limited to the following: i. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.

  • Quality Improvement VRC shall develop programs designed to improve the quality of care provided by the Radiologists and encourage identification and adoption of best demonstrated processes. Practice and VRC acknowledge that, in connection with such quality improvement activities, it may be necessary to provide VRC with Protected Health Information and Practice and VRC agree to treat such information in accordance with Article 9;

  • Evaluation, Testing, and Monitoring 1. The System Agency may review, test, evaluate and monitor Grantee’s Products and services, as well as associated documentation and technical support for compliance with the Accessibility Standards. Review, testing, evaluation and monitoring may be conducted before and after the award of a contract. Testing and monitoring may include user acceptance testing. Neither the review, testing (including acceptance testing), evaluation or monitoring of any Product or service, nor the absence of review, testing, evaluation or monitoring, will result in a waiver of the State’s right to contest the Grantee’s assertion of compliance with the Accessibility Standards. 2. Grantee agrees to cooperate fully and provide the System Agency and its representatives timely access to Products, records, and other items and information needed to conduct such review, evaluation, testing, and monitoring.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Contractor shall make the criminal background checks required by Paragraph IV.G.1 available for inspection and copying by DRS personnel upon request of DRS.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Monitoring and Review The Provider agrees to allow access to the Department for purposes of monitoring and review. This access includes but is not limited to client records, fiscal records, staffing records, policy and procedural manuals, facilities, staff, and children in care of the Department. The Department will conduct quality reviews, which may include site-based quality review visits.
