Rating Officials. The Parties recognize that rating of employees is a Management function. Members of the bargaining unit shall not be allowed or required to evaluate other members of the bargaining unit for rating purposes. When bargaining unit members are temporarily promoted to supervisory positions, they may be required to evaluate other members of the bargaining unit for rating purposes. Likewise, when members of the bargaining unit are temporarily promoted into “lead” positions, they may be required to provide formal input into the rating process.

Rating Officials a. Rating officials will meet with Immigration Judges under their supervision once every six months to discuss elements and standards, during the first rating cycle after this PAP is implemented. The purpose of these meetings will be to clarify any questions that the Immigration Judges have concerning their elements and standards (for example, explanations or examples of what Immigration Judges must do to perform at the “Satisfactory” level). The meetings may take place in- person, by telephone, or by VTC.

Att’’y Gen. 2009-6 The Design Professional, under the supervision of the Vice Chancellor for Facilities, acts as the Building Official for Projects owned by the Board of Regents.   • APPOINTING OFFICERS The Member may appoint officers or managers and define their function and authority per Section 00-00-000 of the Act.

  • Field Training Officers The position of Field Training Officer (FTO) shall be held by a Trooper or Sergeant who most closely meets the requirements set forth by the Employer which are outlined in policy OSP-501.08. If the Employer determines there are an insufficient number of qualified volunteers, it may appoint other individuals to be FTOs. The District Commander shall make the final selections. A supplement of eight hundred dollars ($800.00) shall be given to all FTOs for the sixty (60) working day training period. This amount will be prorated in instances where the training period is cut short or lengthened. Field Training Officers and their trainees will be required to work twenty (20) days on each of the three shifts during the training period.

  • Officials 1. The Registrar shall, when engaged on the business of the Tribunal, be accorded diplomatic privileges, immunities and facilities.

  • Hearing Officer The Hearing Officer shall be jointly selected by the parties within thirty (30) days of the execution of this contract and shall serve for a minimum of one (1) year from the date of selection. At that time the parties may choose to re-appoint the Hearing Officer or select a different Hearing Officer who will also serve for a minimum of one (1) year from date of selection.
