Re-branding. The Product Packaging License is granted solely for transitional purposes, and Licensee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cease its use of all of the Licensed Trademarks as quickly as practicable after the Effective Date, including by seeking labeling approval from a Governmental Authority to change the Product Packaging so that such Product Packaging no longer displays any Licensed Trademarks or by completing the transfer of the Regulatory Approvals and replacing the Licensed Trademarks with Licensee’s name or house xxxx.

Re-branding. 4.1. If your pricing plan includes a re-branding option you may use ONLYOFFICE Enterprise Edition under your own brand name and logo provided that you have paid us the License Fee. 4.2. In this case you may arrange your own brand name and/or logo for ONLYOFFICE Enterprise Edition in accordance with our technical specifications. 4.3. Once you have changed the logos in ONLYOFFICE Enterprise Edition using the appropriate function your copy of ONLYOFFICE remains re-branded.

Speakeasy agrees that (a) it shall not operate the Project under the name “Xxxxxx’x Horseshoe” after the Term and (b) it shall not use or suffer the use by any of its Affiliates, employees, or any parties with whom it is in privity of contract, of any of the Horseshoe Marks or the name “Xxxxxx’x Horseshoe” at the Project after the Term.

  • Sponsorship As required by section 286.25, F.S., if the Provider is a non-governmental organization which sponsors a program financed wholly or in part by State funds, including any funds obtained through this Contract, it shall, in publicizing, advertising, or describing the sponsorship of the program state: “Sponsored by (Provider's name) and the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families”. If the sponsorship reference is in written material, the words “State of Florida, Department of Children and Families” shall appear in at least the same size letters or type as the name of the organization.

  • Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. Billing on all advertising and publicity materials must appear as follows: A2. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER.   • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.

  • Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet. (a) The Employer shall notify affected employees and the Union as soon as a formal decision to integrate is taken. (b) The Employer and the Union shall begin discussions concerning the specifics of the integration forthwith after a decision to integrate is taken. (c) As soon as possible in the course of developing a plan for the implementation of the integration the Employer shall notify affected employees and the Union of the projected staffing needs, and their location.

  • Marketing and Promotion The School will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Sports Facilities in accordance with the agreed aims and targets. A marketing strategy will be prepared and implemented and reviewed on an annual basis.

  • THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, SERVICES AND WEBSITES 10.1 The Services may enable You to link to, transfer Your Content or Third Party Content to, or otherwise access, third parties’ websites, platforms, content, products, services, and information (“Third Party Services”). Oracle does not control and is not responsible for Third Party Services. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of access and use of Third Party Services, and if Oracle accesses or uses any Third Party Services on Your behalf to facilitate performance of the Services, You are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use, including through passwords, credentials or tokens issued or otherwise made available to You, is authorized by the terms of access and use for such services. If You transfer or cause the transfer of Your Content or Third Party Content from the Services to a Third Party Service or other location, that transfer constitutes a distribution by You and not by Oracle. 10.2 Any Third Party Content we make accessible is provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for, and have no obligation to control, monitor, or correct, Third Party Content. We disclaim all liabilities arising from or related to Third Party Content. 10.3 You acknowledge that: (i) the nature, type, quality and availability of Third Party Content may change at any time during the Services Period, and (ii) features of the Services that interoperate with Third Party Services such as Facebook™, YouTube™ and Twitter™, etc., depend on the continuing availability of such third parties’ respective application programming interfaces (APIs). We may need to update, change or modify the Services under this Agreement as a result of a change in, or unavailability of, such Third Party Content, Third Party Services or APIs. If any third party ceases to make its Third Party Content or APIs available on reasonable terms for the Services, as determined by us in our sole discretion, we may cease providing access to the affected Third Party Content or Third Party Services without any liability to You. Any changes to Third Party Content, Third Party Services or APIs, including their unavailability, during the Services Period does not affect Your obligations under this Agreement or the applicable order, and You will not be entitled to any refund, credit or other compensation due to any such changes.
