Re-qualification. All products must be re-qualified once a year according to the production control plans of a complete test corresponding to the original initial sampling scope. Re-qualification. To ensure Products are still in Conformity with the specifications mentioned in the Technical Documents, the Supplier shall determine and maintain a documented re-qualification process. If requested, Supplier is obliged to provide results of the re-qualification.
Re-qualification. Major changes in manufacturing process will require re-qualification and/or process re-certification to the Specification, except to the extent Dot Hill waives this requirement by providing written consent, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. Dot Hill may require, at its sole discretion, that Supplier perform reliability tests if applicable to Product to confirm an equivalent or improved reliability of the Products. Supplier shall coordinate notification of planned major changes with Dot Hill. At Dot Hill’s request, Supplier shall run a pilot production. All Product and process changes affecting form, fit, function, quality or reliability require Supplier to submit a completed Qualification Data Package, reference Quality Data Package Expectation provided by Dot Hill to Supplier. The Quality Data Package must be completed and supplied to Dot Hill at least [...***...] prior to implementation of the change. Reimbursement for costs associated with the above requirements will be as mutually agreed prior to any re-qualification

Re-qualification. A Shareholder may be re-admitted to the Company where it can demonstrate that it has met the 85% Test in the immediately preceding twelve (12) months or completed partial exemption year end (the backward look), or have an intention in the twelve (12) months immediately following to meet the 85% Test (the forward look, if not used already). Alternatively, a Shareholder may be re-admitted to the Company where it can demonstrate that it meets the 5% Test, and any services to be provided to the Shareholder by the Company will be Directly Attributable under the backward look and/or the forward look.
Re-qualification. If Client becomes unqualified for service under section 2 of this contract, Client must re-qualify by fulfilling the following requirements:
a) Client must pay any outstanding account balance in full, plus a re-certification fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000); and
b) Client must pay for an examination (either remotely or on-site if necessary) of the Software and an upgrade to the current supported level. Cost for examination, upgrade will be $87.50 per hour, plus travel expenses.
Re-qualification. If Supplier is listed in worst performance suppliers continuously for 2 years, Maped will restart the supplier qualification and product validation procedure.

Logitech may require, at its sole discretion, that Supplier perform reliability tests to confirm an equivalent or improved reliability of the Products. Supplier shall coordinate notification of planned major changes with Logitech. At Logitech’s request, Supplier shall run a pilot production.
Re-qualification. Major changes in manufacturing process or Product construction/design will require re-qualification and/or process re-certification to the applicable Specification in all material respects. Dot Hill may require, at its sole discretion, that Infortrend demonstrate that the changed process or Product(s) complies with the Specification. Infortrend shall provide notification of planned major changes to Dot Hill pursuant to Section 4.7. Upon mutual agreement, Infortrend shall run a pilot production of the changed Product. Infortrend shall implement such changes only if collected data verifies that required quality and reliability levels would continue to be met after the change. The quality data must be submitted to Dot Hill for review before implementing the change.
