RE: STAT HOLIDAYS ON WEEKENDS. The Employer agrees on a trial basis, where the right does not presently exist, to consider requests for Stat holiday lieu days on weekends. Where there is more than one request made only one will be granted based on the reason for the request and the seniority of the applicants. The program may also be the topic of discussions at any time during the trial period, at Labour Management Meetings.
