Single-Family Residential Units. For the Services provided to Single-Family Residential Units under Section 4 hereof, the Service Provider shall charge (i)(A) $16.12 per month for each Single-Family Residential Unit utilizing one (1) Roll-Out and one (1) Recycling Container, or (B) $_14.74 per month for each Single-Family Residential Unit receiving the senior citizen rate (head of the household is 65 years of age or older), plus (ii) $8.00 per month for each additional Roll-Out utilized by such Single-Family Residential Unit, plus (iii) Recycling 4.39 per month with $3.30 per month for each additional Recycling Container utilized by such Single Family Residential Unit. These rates apply to Single-Family Residential Units that are located within the City's corporate limits and billed by the City for water and sewer services.

Single-Family Residential Units. This section shall not apply to any development application containing three (3) or fewer single-family residential units. A person making or filing a development application shall not divide land into separate plats in order to seek a waiver under this provision. Where a development application is made for multiple contiguous tracts within any two (2) years, the city may treat all the development applications as one for the purposes of this section. 9.
Single-Family Residential Units. The City has provided Recycling Carts and Glass/Recycling Bins to all Single-Family Residential Units for the collection of Recyclables, as of January 1, 2020. The City has also provided each subscribing Single Family Residential Unit with a City-owned 96-gallon Receptacle (or approved equivalent size) for the disposal of Yard Waste, as of January 1, 2020. All such containers were purchased by the City and remain the property of the City. On and after January 1, 2020, the Contractor shall provide such containers to any new customers and shall replace any such damaged containers. Contractor may charge customers for damages to or destruction of containers caused by the customer’s acts or omissions.

Single-Family Residential Units. The Service Provider will collect Household Hazardous Waste from Single-Family Residential Units once per month; provided, that (i) such Household Hazardous Waste items are placed on or reasonably near the front porch of the Single-Family Residential Unit no later than 8:00 a.m. on the scheduled collection day. Single-Family Residential Units. The service pro- vider will collect up to one (1) cubic yard of municipal solid waste and bundles from single-family residential units once per week provided that such municipal solid waste is placed in roll-outs, bags, cans, bundles, such roll-outs, bags, cans and/or bundles are placed within five (5) feet of the curbside or right of way adjacent to the single-family residential unit no later than 7 a.m. on the scheduled collection day. The service pro- vider shall only be responsible for collection, hauling and dis- posing of miunicipal solid waste placed inside the bags, cans or roll-outs and/or bundles that are reasonably contained. Municipal solid waste in excess of the bag, cans or roll-outs limits, or placed outside or adjacent to the bags, cans and/or roll-outs, or municipal solid waste and/or bundles in excess of one (1) cubic yard in volume will not be collected by the service provider.
Single-Family Residential Units. The Service Provider shall collect Municipal Solid Waste once per week (unless the City chooses to go with the twice per week alternate) from Single- Family Residential Units provided that (i) such Municipal Solid Waste is placed in Carts provided by the Service Provider, and (ii) such Carts are placed on the street or within two (2) feet of the curbside or right of way adjacent to the Single-Family Residential Unit no later than 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled collection day. Except as provided for herein, the Service Provider shall only be responsible for collecting, hauling, and disposing of (i) Municipal Solid Waste placed inside the Carts. Municipal Solid Waste in excess of the Carts, will not be collected by the Service Provider. However, such excess or misplaced Municipal Solid Waste may be collected on occasion and within reason due to Holidays or other extraordinary circumstances as determined by the Service Provider at its sole discretion. If the excess or misplaced Municipal Solid Waste continues, the City shall require the Single-Family Residential Unit to utilize an additional Cart so that the excess or misplaced Municipal Solid Waste will be regularly contained. The Service Provider shall be compensated for these additional Services as provided for in Subsection 10.A of this Agreement. White Goods containing refrigerants will not be collected by the Service Provider unless such White Goods have been certified in writing by a professional technician to have had all such refrigerants removed.

  • Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.

  • POSSESSION OF THE APARTMENT/PLOT 7.1 Schedule for possession of the said [Apartment/Plot] - The Promoter agrees and understands that timely delivery of possession of the [Apartment/Plot] to the allottee and the common areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, is the essence of the Agreement. The Promoter assures to hand over possession of the [Apartment/Plot] along with ready and complete common areas with all specifications, amenities and facilities of the project in place on , unless there is delay or failure due to war, flood, drought, fire, cyclone, earthquake or any other calamity caused by nature affecting the regular development of the real estate project (“Force Majeure”). If, however, the completion of the Project is delayed due to the Force Majeure conditions then the Allottee agrees that the Promoter shall be entitled to the extension of time for delivery of possession of the [Apartment/Plot], provided that such Force Majeure conditions are not of a nature which make it impossible for the contract to be implemented. The Allottee agrees and confirms that, in the event it becomes impossible for the Promoter to implement the project due to Force Majeure conditions, then this allotment shall stand terminated and the Promoter shall refund to the Allottee the entire amount received by the Promoter from the allotment within 60 days from that date. The promoter shall intimate the allottee about such termination at least thirty days prior to such termination. After refund of the money paid by the Allottee, the Allottee agrees that he/ she shall not have any rights, claims etc. against the Promoter and that the Promoter shall be released and discharged from all its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement.
