Pursuant to and in accordance with all applicable provisions of Act 379 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, the Employer does hereby recognize the Police Officers Association of Michigan as the exclusive representative for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment for the term of this Agreement of all employees of the Employer included in the bargaining unit described below: All full time Mecosta County Sheriff's Department employees who are in the following classifications: Animal Control Officers, Corrections Officers/Court Officers, Secretaries, and excluding Sheriff, Undersheriff, Captains, Lieutenants, Corrections Sergeants, Deputies, Road Sergeants and Detectives, and all other employees.
