Common use of RECOGNITION OF UNION Clause in Contracts

RECOGNITION OF UNION. SECTION 1. The Company recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative for its full time and part time Bus Operators, Maintenance Department employees, full time and regular part time Information Clerks, Building Maintenance Employees, Terminal Maintenance Employees, Transit Surveyors and agrees to meet and treat with the duly elected officers of the Union on all questions relating to hours, wages and working conditions in the manner hereinafter provided.

The Company Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agency for all of its full time and part time Bus Operators, Maintenance Department employees, full regular full-time and regular part part-time Information Clerksmaintenance department employees, Building Maintenance Employeesfood service department employees, Terminal Maintenance Employeesand transportation department employees, Transit Surveyors excluding management personnel and agrees to meet and treat with the duly elected officers of the Union on all questions relating to hours, wages and working conditions in the manner hereinafter providedother employees.

The Company Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative for its full time the purpose of collective bargaining for the Material Distribution Drivers in the Procurement Department and part time Bus Operatorsall employees in the Engineering Department and the Operational Services Department, Maintenance Department employeesexcluding Summer Temporary Employees, full time and regular part time Information Supervisors, Administrative Personnel, Clerks, Building Maintenance Section Clerks and Parts Clerks, Secretarial Employees, Terminal Maintenance EmployeesSecurity Guards, Transit Surveyors Custodians, Warehouse Workers, the Chief Aircraft Mechanic, and agrees to meet and treat with the duly elected officers all other employees of the Union on all questions relating to hours, wages and working conditions in the manner hereinafter providedEmployer.
