Recommendations and Procedures. A. Recommendations for the awarding of tenure shall be made by the employee's supervisor and shall include a poll by secret ballot of the tenured members of the employee's department/unit. The performance of an employee during the entire term of employment at the institution shall be considered in determining whether to grant tenure. Recommendations regarding tenure shall include a copy of applicable tenure criteria, the employee's annual assignments and annual evaluations, and, if the employee chooses, the employee's tenure appraisals. The reviewers at any stage in the review may request to review the appraisals. Prior to the consideration of the employee's candidacy, the employee shall have the right to review the contents of the tenure file and may attach a brief and concise response to any materials therein. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to see that the file is complete. The provisions of Articles 11.2 through 11.8 of this Agreement shall apply to the contents of the tenure file. B. If any material is added to the file after the commencement of consideration, other than the completion of the evaluation sections (including the recording of votes) of the file by the reviewing bodies/individuals), a copy shall be sent to the employee within five (5) days (by personal delivery or by mail, return receipt requested). The employee may attach a brief response within five (5) days of his/her receipt of the added material. The file shall not be forwarded until either the employee submits a response or until the second five (5) day period expires, whichever occurs first. The employee shall have the right to review the file at each stage of review (i.e., department, college, campus) and attach a brief response to any materials, including the evaluation section(s), contained therein prior to the next stage of review. The only documents which may be considered in making a tenure recommendation are those contained or referenced in the tenure file.

(b) Recommendations for promotion will include a copy of applicable promotion criteria, along with the faculty member's annual work assignments and evaluations. The reviewers at any stage in the review process may request to view any promotion appraisals. (c) Prior to the consideration of the faculty member's promotion, the faculty member will have the right to review the contents of the promotion file and may attach a brief response to any material therein. (d) It will be the responsibility of the faculty member to see that the file is complete. (e) The provisions of sections 12.2 through 12.7 of this Agreement will apply to the contents of the promotion file.   • Endorsements and Procedures You agree to restrictively endorse the back of every Check deposited using Mobile Banking with the words “MOBILE DEPOSIT TO FIRSTRUST BANK,” followed by Business Customer’s Account number and the signature of an Authorized Person, or as otherwise instructed by the Bank (the “Required Endorsement”). If you fail to write or stamp this Required Endorsement on the back of any Check deposited using Mobile Banking and such Check is paid or presented more than one time, you will be liable to Bank for the amount of the Check and all costs that Bank incurs for the multiple payment or presentment. In addition, if you fail to properly endorse a Check and/or follow Bank’s instructions and procedures for the Service, Bank may not accept the Check for deposit or the processing of the Check may be delayed. If the back of a Check is not endorsed with the Required Endorsement it may not be accepted for deposit and/or may be returned. Any loss that Bank incurs from a delay or processing error resulting from a missing or irregular endorsement or other markings by you will be your responsibility. If a Check that is deposited using the Service is paid or presented more than one time and you failed to write or stamp the Required Endorsement on the back of such Check prior to depositing it using the Service, Bank may offset the amount of such Check and all costs that Bank incurs on account of such multiple payment or presentment by debiting your Account into which you deposited such Check or by transferring funds from another Account held by you with Bank. You agree to follow any and all other procedures and instructions for use of the Service as Bank may establish from time to time.
