"RECORD DRAWINGS" AND CONSTRUCTION COSTS. Within ninety (90) days following completion of any improvement within the Leased Premises, TENANT shall furnish Airport Director a complete set of reproducibles, two sets of prints of “Record Drawings,” also referred to as “As-Built” plans, and a recordable compact disc (CD- ROM) containing the Record Drawings plans in a form usable by COUNTY, to COUNTY’s satisfaction, on COUNTY’s computer aided mapping and design (CAD) equipment. Basic specifications for CAD compatible plans are contained inExhibit E” document “REQUIREMENTS FOR CAD COMPATIBLE PLANS”, attached hereto. In addition, TENANT shall furnish Airport Director an itemized statement of the actual, direct construction costs of such improvement. The construction costs may include actual, direct fees paid to contractors, architects, engineers, surveyors, laborers and suppliers, or permit fees required by governmental agencies to allow construction. Construction costs shall not include indirect costs such as financing costs, holding costs, legal fees, interest, administrative and overhead expenses, internal design, review, management and oversight of construction on Leased Premises, TENANT’s licensing or franchising costs, bond premiums or developer fees. The statement of cost shall be sworn to and signed by TENANT or its responsible agent under penalty of perjury. TENANT must obtain Airport Director’s approval of “Record Drawings” and the form and content of the itemized statement.

"RECORD DRAWINGS" AND CONSTRUCTION COSTS. Within sixty (60) days following completion of any improvement within the Operating Area, Contractor shall furnish County Project Manager a complete set of reproducible, two sets of prints of “Record Drawings” and a USB flash drive containing the “Record Drawings” plans in a form usable by County, to County’s satisfaction, on County’s computer aided mapping and design (CAD) equipment. Basic specifications for CAD compatible plans are contained in Airport’s reference documentXxxx Xxxxx Airport, CAD Standards” which can be provided by Airport upon request. In addition, Contractor shall furnish County Project Manager an itemized statement of the actual, direct construction costs of such improvement.   • DIRECT CONSTRUCTION COST Direct Construction Cost means the sum of the amounts that Contractor actually and necessarily incurs constructing the Project in strict compliance with the Construction Documents. Direct Construction Cost includes only the cost categories set forth in this Article and does not include the Pre-Construction Phase Fees or the Construction Phase Fees unless specifically noted. References in the UGSC to adjustments in “cost” or “costs” mean the Direct Construction Cost.

  • Construction Costs Under no circumstances shall the Consultant be liable for extra costs or other consequences due to unknown conditions or related to the failure of contractors to perform work in accordance with the plans and specifications. Consultant shall have no liability whatsoever for any costs arising out of the Client’s decision to obtain bids or proceed with construction before the Consultant has issued final, fully-approved plans and specifications. The Client acknowledges that all preliminary plans are subject to substantial revision until plans are fully approved and all permits obtained.

  • Construction Cost Budget The total cost to District of all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Architect, as adjusted at the end of each design phase in accordance with this Agreement. The Construction Cost Budget does not include the compensation of the Architect and the Architect’s Consultants, the cost of land, rights-of-way, financing or other costs which are the responsibility of the District, including construction management.

  • Headings and Construction The headings of sections in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and are not intended to qualify the meaning of any section. Any reference to a section number shall refer to a section of this Agreement, unless otherwise stated.

  • Design and Construction In complying with the requirements of the specification both with respect to arrangement and detail, design is to conform to the best current engineering practice. Each of the several parts of the material is to be of the maker’s standard design provided that this design is in general accordance with the specification. The essence of design should be simplicity and reliability in order to give long continuous service with high economy and low maintenance cost. Particular attention should be paid to internal and external access in order to facilitate inspection, cleaning and maintenance. The design dimensions and materials of all parts are to be such that they will not suffer damage as a result of stresses under the most severe conditions. Fully detailed specifications of the several parts of the material are to be submitted describing particularly the materials to be used. The materials used in the construction of the material are to be of the highest quality and selected particularly to meet the duties required of them. Mechanisms are to be constructed to avoid sticking due to rust or corrosion. Workmanship and general finish are to be of the highest class throughout. All similar parts of the material are to be interchangeable. All equipment is to operate without undue vibration and with the least possible amount of noise and is not to cause a nuisance. All equipment is to be designed to minimize the risk of fire and any damage, which may be caused in the event of fire. The equipment is also to be designed to prevent ingress of all vermin, accidental contact with live parts and to minimize the ingress of dust and dirt. The use of materials, which may be liable to attack by termites or other insects, is to be avoided.

  • Coordination of Design and Construction Contract Documents 5.5.1 Review model(s), Drawings, Specifications and other Construction Documents as they are developed by A/E during the Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents design phases of the Project.

  • ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the Act.
