Longevity Increases. Employees who have completed five (5) years of continuous service at the maximum salary step in a classification within the Court or have completed 10 years of continuous service in the classification, whichever is less, shall be granted an additional thirty (30) cents per hour longevity increment. An employee who voluntarily moves to another classification shall not be eligible for longevity pay until he’/she has served five 5 years of continuous years at the maximum salary step in the new classification or completed 10 years of continuous service for the Court in the new classification, whichever is less. An employee who received longevity pay as of June 30, 2000 shall continue to receive longevity pay unless he/she voluntarily moves to another classification. For the purposes of this section, movement between classes covered by this agreement due to the reclassification project would be considered an involuntary movement between classes and would not revoke any longevity pay being received.
Longevity Increases. Longevity increases shall become effective at the beginning of the first full pay period on or after the employee's anniversary date of employment, as long as all mandatory in- service requirements have been met, except for scheduling problems beyond the nurse's control.
Longevity Increases a. All employees with ten (10) years or more of service with the Judicial Branch shall be paid in accordance with the following schedule: Ten (10) years but less than fifteen (15) years: their appropriate range and step plus $.35/hour. Fifteen (15) years but less than twenty (20) years: their appropriate range and step plus $.55/hour. Twenty (20) years but less than twenty-five (25) years: their appropriate range and step plus $.75/hour. Twenty-five (25) years or more: their appropriate range and step plus $1.00/hour.
Longevity Increases. All nurses shall receive the increment increases as set forth in 12.1 at the end of each anniversary year of continuous employment, if eligible, until the top of the salary range has been reached. Longevity increases will be effective the pay period closest to the nurse's anniversary date.

Longevity Increases. For full-time employees, two percent (2%) longevity step increases for Steps 7 through 12 shall be provided with eligibility as follows: Steps 7 through 12 shall be applied in respective two (2) year increments, beginning with the two-year anniversary of the employee’s achievement of or placement at Step 6. Such increases shall take place the pay period following the employee’s anniversary of employment or promotion to the employee’s current position, subject to the length of any unpaid leaves of absence.

Longevity Increases. Nurses shall advance to the next longevity step commencing the first full pay period following the employee’s anniversary date – or, if the anniversary date has been adjusted, following the employee’s adjusted anniversary date. The adjusted anniversary date is defined as the date on which the employee was initially placed at a step level on the current steps system, adjusted for any unpaid leave of absence exceeding 30 days in accordance with Section 11.3 or for a period of time when the nurse no longer holds a bargaining unit position for a period exceeding 30 continuous days.
Longevity Increases. All current full-time Police officers will be eligible for a Longevity Increase based on their number of continuous full-time years as a sworn officer. Full-time years are calculated as the full years of continuous employment as of June 30th of the year following the July 1st increase. (E.g. if an officer’s anniversary date is 11/1/2017, the officer would receive his/her longevity increase on 7/1/2017). In addition to the base salary rates increases listed above, full-time Police officers may receive an additional rate increase as described below. Full-time sworn officers will receive, in the year in which they qualify, rate increases A, B, or C shown below. Once a Police officer receives the rate increase in A, B, or C below, they are not eligible to receive it again in that category. However, Longevity rate increases become a regular part of that Police officer’s base rate for future years in calculating percentage increases. Longevity Increases. (a) All employees who are not part of the Performance Incentive Program (“PIC”) program, as defined in Section 8.4 below, shall receive a longevity increase based upon their respective, in-service date of any job(s), which are covered by this Agreement. Such longevity increase is in addition to the Wage Schedule shown in Appendix A.
