Redressal of Public Grievances. (r) The Concessionaire shall use and/or utilize the website developed by H.D.A., maintain a public relations office and keep it open to public access at all times for redressal of public grievances. At each such office, the Concessionaire shall open and maintain a register (the “Complaints Register”) for recording of complaints by any person (the Complainant”) at any time of the day.

  • Arbitration of Grievances If a grievance brought under Division B (GRIEVANCES) of this Article is not resolved at Step Three of that procedure, the Association may submit the matter to arbitration.
