Referral Incentives. As part of this agreement, if you refer other tour guides, sellers, or drivers to sign up with us, you will receive a payment of $10 for each successful referral.

Referral Incentives. If a Student refers a Guest Student to the AAHP, the referring Student will receive a free, one-hour studio class upon the referred party’s completion of an eight-week Session. This reward remains redeemable for one year from the date of the referred Student’s registration. This reward is not redeemable cash or monetary credit. Special Needs‌ The AAHP provides pedagogical services in the visual arts and other studio arts to students ages 18 and under, and who present special needs. These special needs may include, but are not limited to: developmental, learning, physical and/or emotional disabilities, etc. The Student and/or Student Representative hereby acknowledges the the AAHP staff is highly trained in studio pedagogy, but not certified in the training of special needs populations. The Special Needs Student’s Representative xxxxxx agrees to these conditions, and will not hold the AAHP liable for any unintended or unexpected consequences due to these terms. Special Needs students, regardless of condition and needs, must attend the special weekly class slot slated for them. Due to staffing restrictions, they may not sit for classes in other class slots, either for routine classes, or for make-ups. In addition, and again due to time and current staff restrictions, make-ups are not available for any missed Special Needs classes.
Referral Incentives. Any employee who is considered part of the XXXX bargaining unit who refers an individual who is hired by the District in one of the identified eligible positions on or after July 1, 2022 and on or before June 30, 2023 is eligible to receive a Referral Incentive totaling up to $2,000. Eligible Positions Bus Drivers Pupil Transportation Assistants Any ESP within the Housekeeping department Any ESP position within the Nutrition Services department (excluding Information Technology) Special Education Aides and Assistants Employees who make such a referral will be eligible for a payment of $1,000 after their referral's successful completion of six (6) months of employment and an additional $1,000 after their referral's successful completion of twelve (12) months of employment by June 30, 2023. Employees who refer an employee who completes twelve (12) months of employment after June 30, 2023, are not eligible for the second $1,000 installment. Payments will be processed during the last pay period of each month following achievement of defined goals. No Referral Incentive shall be paid to an employee for any referred employee that does not complete a minimum of six (6) and twelve (12) months of employment in one of the identified eligible positions regardless of the reason for separation. Employees not in an active pay status for any reason, excluding approved leaves of absence, as of the pay period in which a Retention Incentive payment(s) would otherwise be processed shall not be eligible for the payment(s). Eligibility for this program requires that referrals be submitted in accordance with the procedures developed by the Department of Human Resources, in consultation with XXXX. In the event that a dispute arises regarding the payment of any referral incentive, the determination regarding payment shall be made considering the totality of information available and is made solely at the discretion of the Chief Human Resources Officer, as the Superintendent's designee. The determination is final and not subject to grievance or appeal. No Referral Incentive shall be paid for the referral of any person who has been employed by the District in the previous six (6) months in any capacity or as an Independent Contractor. Only one employee may receive one Referral Incentive for any one individual new hire (person). An employee is permitted to receive payment of New Hire Incentives for more than one new hire as defined in this section.

  • Educational Incentive Pay Effective January 1, 2022, the current Education Incentive Differential (EID) rates from the pre-existing salary schedules shall be eliminated and, in their place, the following Educational Incentive Pay program will be applied. The salary schedules contained in Addendum B reflect the new Educational Incentive pay allowances. Upon successful completion of field training and promotion to the rank of Police Officer, an officer who has received or obtains one of the degrees set forth below from an accredited college or university shall receive an annual incentive allowance added to their hourly rate, as follows: • $1,500 for associate’s degree ($0.723/hour) • $3,000 for bachelor’s degree ($1.446/hour) • $4,500 for master’s degree and above ($2.169/hour) Educational incentives are not cumulative, but rather the employee will be entitled to the highest incentive based on the degree(s) obtained. In the event an employee obtains a new or higher degree during employment, the employee will submit to the Department proof of degree attainment. Upon verification and approval by the Department, within thirty (30) days of submission, the employee’s pay will be adjusted effective on the first day of the pay period following the date of submission by the employee. Any current employee with an EID classification will be adjusted to the non-EID rate, but will receive the annual incentive allowance as part of their hourly rate, spread over twenty-six (26) pay periods. The hourly rate will be calculated by dividing the annual educational incentive by 2,074 hours. Educational incentive pay will be included in the regular rate for overtime purposes. In addition, it will be counted as part of the employee’s annual salary for pension purposes, consistent with the prevailing Fire & Police Employees Retirement System regulations, and reflected on the salary schedules.

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.

  • Bonus The Executive shall be eligible for Bonuses determined by the Board.
