Refrigerators. The Landlord is obliged to draw Tenants notice the fact that many refrigerators are being damaged and have to be thrown away by reason of the simple fact that they are not defrosted often enough. The ice builds up in the freezer box and causes the little door to protrude which gets snapped off when the main fridge door is closed. These little doors cannot be replaced nor satisfactorily mended, resulting in a total loss of a fridge, for what should be a routine matter of good housekeeping. It is therefore requested that any Tenant breaking the fridge door in this way must report the matter to the Landlord immediately and steps will be taken for the fridge to be replaced at the Tenants expense.
