Regional Workshops i. Upon consultation between Florida Housing and the Contractor, the Contractor shall be available to conduct regional workshops that have been requested by one or more local governments, not-for-profits, or community-based organizations. Unlike most local workshops, the regional workshops often involve more than one trainer and participants from more than one local government. The training topic is often a full day and may be a previously offered course. ii. Regional workshops shall be customized to meet the individual needs of attendees from a geographically proximate region and shall typically have 30 or more participants. Where possible, appropriate, and relevant, the Contractor shall extend an invitation to other regional interests to participate in the regional workshops. iii. The Contractor shall be responsible for the same tasks for regional workshops as are set forth in Section B.1.a. above for local workshops.

Regional Workshops. The Client/Consultant Team shall conduct a series of seven regional workshops that explore how the future of the region can change assuming changes to the major drivers in each of the major issue areas. The public workshops are intended to be interactive with both physical maps and access to digital input and criteria. The Virtual Present and trend scenarios will be presented to the public along with options for other future alternatives. Workshop attendees will be able to assess possible alternative futures by interactively changing the priorities of drivers within a digital model and assess how the futures alter based on which major drivers are given more priority. Sample areas throughout the region will be selected and used to illustrate the differences in alternative futures. Small area plan sites will be selected based on their prototypical and versatile nature to other areas through- out the region and will represent the diversity of settlement (or preservation) found throughout the region. Following the Workshops, the results from the Workshops will be posted and additional feedback from the community will be gathered online through the use of the interactive website.
Regional Workshops. In the context of INRES Project, regional workshops were organized over the course of the project. The workshops were organized in Crete, in Samsø and in the Canary islands. The aim of the Workshops were to raise awareness and bring together key players and stakeholders from European regions (Crete, Canary Islands and Samsø), such as policy makers, technology experts and SMEs connected to RES in order to exchange experiences and best practices, create working groups and provide solutions related to RES existing and potential barriers. In March 2012, a second regional event was organised for discussing JAP draft proposal. The event in Samsø was organized in 16 & 17 September 2010 by the Danish partners of INRES, with the participation of almost all energy business of the island, the authorities and some 360 local people. he event was repeated the year after on 8-9 October 2011, and it drew even more visitors. The events in the Canary Islands were organized in June 21, 2010 in Santa Xxxx de Tenerife (Solisticio Verde 2010) and June 21, 2011 in Las Palmas de Gran Canarias (Solisticio Verde 2011) by the Spanish partners with the collaboration of the Cluster of Renewable Energy, Environment and Water Treatment of the Canary Islands (RICAM). The Solsticio Verde event has clearly been consolidated as a reference to keep a living flame of discussion between the different stakeholders of the Renewable Energy sector. The excuse of using such a signaled date coincident with the Summer Solstice (June 21) as a representative date for most of the renewable energy sources is starting to be recognized within the regional sector in the Canaries.

  • Workshops During the month of September or October of each year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be held at each University a workshop for Department Chairs at which will be discussed their roles and responsibilities as such. Representatives of the University, at its election, and representatives of the Association, at its election, shall be permitted to participate jointly in such workshop.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Design Development An interim step in the design process. Design Development documents consist of plans, elevations, and other drawings and outline specifications. These documents will fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to kinds of materials, type of structure, grade elevations, sidewalks, utilities, roads, parking areas, mechanical and electrical systems, and such other work as may be required.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least fifteen (15) days written notice to the SLDC / ALDC / DISCOM as the case may be, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System. 4.1.2 Subject to Article 4.1.1, the Power Project may be synchronized by the Power Producer to the Grid System when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in the Grid Code and otherwise meets all other Indian legal requirements for synchronization to the Grid System. 4.1.3 The synchronization equipment and all necessary arrangements / equipment including Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) for scheduling of power generated from the Project and transmission of data to the concerned authority as per applicable regulation shall be installed by the Power Producer at its generation facility of the Power Project at its own cost. The Power Producer shall synchronize its system with the Grid System only after the approval of GETCO / SLDC / ALDC and GEDA. 4.1.4 The Power Producer shall immediately after each synchronization / tripping of generator, inform the sub-station of the Grid System to which the Power Project is electrically connected in accordance with applicable Grid Code. 4.1.5 The Power Producer shall commission the Project within SCOD. 4.1.6 The Power Producer shall be required to obtain Developer and/ or Transfer Permission, Key Plan drawing etc, if required, from GEDA. In cases of conversion of land from Agricultural to Non-Agriculture, the commissioning shall be taken up by GEDA only upon submission of N.A. permission by the Power Producer. 4.1.7 The Power Producer shall be required to follow the Forecasting and Scheduling procedures as per the Regulations issued by Hon’ble GERC from time to time. It is to clarify that in terms of GERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 the procedures for Forecasting, Scheduling & Deviation Settlment are applicable to all solar generators having combined installed capacity above 1 MW connected to the State Grid / Substation including those connected via pooling stations.

  • Design Development Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE 1.1.6.1. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare from the approved Schematic Design Studies, the Design Development Documents consisting of drawings (including at least architectural, landscaping, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical plans, building sections; and finish schedule), outline specifications following the Construction Specification Institute "CSI" Format and other necessary documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project as to its site, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials and other such essentials as may be appropriate, for and until approved by the State. 1.1.6.2. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct meetings with the State, Efficiency Vermont, and relevant members of the design team, to review the Design Development Documents for the purposes of furthering the energy efficiency objectives of the Project. 1.1.6.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project is responding to LEED criteria. 1.1.6.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK

  • Software Development Software designs, prototypes, and all documentation for the final designs developed under this agreement must be made fully transferable upon direction of NSF. NSF may make the software design, prototype, and documentation for the final design available to competitors for review during any anticipated re-competition of the project.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order. (b) The technical evaluation committee may call the responsive bidders for discussion or presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution. However, the committee shall have sole discretion to call for discussion / presentation. (c) Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify the technical criteria will be opened provided all other requirements are fulfilled. (d) AIIMS Jodhpur shall have right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
