REGULATORY SUBMITTALS & BIDDING PHASE. Consultant shall prepare the necessary applications for submittal and review and/or approval of the civil construction plans and secondary plat prepared as part of this agreement. This task will include the necessary administration services for preparing the submittals as well as travel costs associated with the coordination efforts to obtain civil engineering plan approval through the necessary local regulatory agencies. It is anticipated that one (1) Technical Review Committee meeting and one (1) Plan Commission hearing in the City of Xxxxxxxx will be required for the review and approval of this project. In addition, coordination with IDEM for the sanitary sewer main extension and coordination with INAW for the water main extension will be included. This phase will include the preparation of an Engineer’s Estimate for the overall project, as well as the necessary administrative services required for facilitating and reviewing the public bid of the project. It is assumed that one (1) pre‐bid meeting, two (2) plan addendums, and one (1) City Council meeting will be required for the bidding assistance and awarding of contract. Consultant shall not be responsible for any submittal items relating to architectural or signage plans. This phase does not include the acquisition of any construction or building permits through any agency as permitting shall be the responsibility of the architect and/or selected contractor.

REGULATORY SUBMITTALS & BIDDING PHASE. We will prepare the necessary applications for submittal and review and/or approval of the construction plans prepared as part of this agreement. This task will include engineer’s estimates as well as the necessary administration services for preparing the submittals as well as time associated with the coordination efforts with the local regulatory agencies. This work will include permitting through INDOT for the work along Xxxxx Xxxx 00 and a Rule 5 submittal to IDEM if applicable. This work will also include the services necessary to facilitate bidding of the project.
REGULATORY SUBMITTALS & BIDDING PHASE. It is anticipated the construction of these projects will disturb more than one acre of ground and therefore an Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) Construction Stormwater General Permit (old Rule 5) will be required. CrossRoad will prepare a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, submittal of public notice, and permit application forms. An IDEM 401 / ACOE 404 is anticipated due to the culvert replacement, as well as a legal drain permit through the Johnson County Surveyor. This phase will include the preparation of an Engineer’s Estimate for the overall project, as well as the necessary administrative services required for compiling bid documents and facilitating and reviewing the public bid of the project. It is assumed that all 3 project segments will be let under one construction contract with one bid book. This phase does not include the acquisition of any construction or building permits through any agency as permitting shall be the responsibility of the selected contractor. This phase will include the preparation of an Engineer’s Estimate for the overall project, as well as the necessary administrative services required for compiling bid documents and facilitating and reviewing the public bid of the project. This phase does not include the acquisition of any construction or building permits through any agency as permitting shall be the responsibility of the selected contractor.

  • Bidding and Proposal Phase 1.5.1 In conjunction with the development of the Guaranteed Maximum Price and at other times as appropriate to the Project, the Architect/Engineer shall assist the Owner and Construction Manager by receiving and recording requests for Bid and Request for Proposal (“RFP”) Documents, receiving and resolving questions about Bid and RFP Documents; preparing addenda, issuing addenda, and accounting for addenda issued; attending pre-bid and pre-proposal conferences and HUB meetings; evaluating bids and proposals; and assisting in preparing and awarding multiple contracts for construction. Architect/Engineer shall answer inquiries from bidders and proposers at Owner’s request, and shall prepare and issue any necessary addenda to the bidding or proposal documents.

  • Required Submittals Complete shop drawings and manufacturer’s catalog data shall be submitted to the State and approved by the State prior to start of any construction work. Power and lighting panel configuration shall be complete with schedule of branch panels, separate disconnects, and circuit breakers, based on calculated and estimated motor, resistive and lighting loads. All circuits shall be labeled at the panel and at the outlet/power pole for future reference. Location of all electrical receptacles and telephone outlets (including power drops for the systems furnishings) shall be designated on a block floor plan showing the systems furnishings layout provided by the State. Said block floor plan shall be furnished by the State to the Owner/Lessor no later than 4 weeks after approved construction plans are received by the State.

  • Submittals Submittals required by the Contract Documents shall be prepared specifically for the Work by the Contractor to illustrate some portion of the Work. Submittals are not Contract Documents.

  • Motion for Preliminary Approval The Parties agree to jointly prepare and file a motion for preliminary approval (“Motion for Preliminary Approval”) that complies with the Court’s current checklist for Preliminary Approvals.

  • Final Approval Hearing “Final Approval Hearing” shall mean the hearing at which the Court will consider and finally decide whether to enter the Final Judgment.

  • Proposal Work Authorizations The State may issue a proposal work authorization under which the Engineer will submit a proposal for additional work. The proposal must be for additional work that is within the defined scope of work under this contract. The amount to be paid for a proposal work authorization will be a lump sum for each proposal. The lump sum payment will be no less than two percent (2%) and no more than four percent (4%) of the State's estimate of the cost of the additional work. The Engineer may elect without penalty not to submit a proposal in response to a proposal work authorization. Any proposal submitted in response to a proposal work authorization will be the sole property of the State. The State may, at its option, issue similar or identical proposal work authorizations under other contracts, and the proposals submitted in response to the various proposal work authorizations may be compared by the State for the purpose of determining the contract under which the work will be awarded. The determination of the contract under which the work will be awarded will be based on the design characteristics of the proposal and the Engineer's qualifications and will not consider the Engineer's rates.
