Benefits Upon Return. An employee who returns to a regular position within ninety (90) days after the expiration of the leave of absence without right to return shall retain hire date for purposes of leave accruals and step advances; except that the employee will not receive service credit for the period of time the employee is on the leave of absence without right to return. To be reemployed and retain the above benefits, the employee must be reappointed to a regular position no later than ninety (90) calendar days after the date of expiration of the leave of absence.
Benefits Upon Return. An employee who returns to a regular position within ninety (90) days after the expiration of the leave of absence without right to return shall retain the following benefits: • Hire date; • Hire date for purposes of leave accruals and step advances; except that the employee will not receive service credit for the period of time the employee is on leave of absence without right to return; • Any sick leave accruals that had not been cashed out in accordance with the Retirement Medical Trust Fund Article will be restored.

The ninety (90) days shall run concurrently with the first ninety (90) days of the one (1) year period provided in the Reemployment Article.
Benefits Upon Return. Unused accumulated sick leave and other benefits due to the Employee at layoff shall be retained upon return to active employment.
Benefits Upon Return. Teachers returning from leaves of absences shall be entitled to the same benefits as other teachers in the unit upon their return. Unused accumulated sick leave shall be provided to him upon his return and he shall be assigned to the same position which he held at the time said leave commenced, if available, or if not, to a substantially equivalent position.
Benefits Upon Return. Upon return to active employment, Employees shall be returned to their former status, without loss of benefits.
