Religious Exemption. Employees who satisfy the Company to the extent that they declare in an affidavit that they are members of a religious organization whose doctrine prevents them as a matter of conscience from making financial contributions to an employee organization and that they will make contributions to a charitable organization equal to dues shall not be subject to Article 23.03.
