Remote Access Services. Each of the Customer and the Custodian agree to be bound by the terms of the Remote Access Services Addendum attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Customer acknowledges that the data and information it will be accessing from the Custodian is unaudited and may not be accurate due to inaccurate pricing of securities, delays of a day or more in updating the relevant account and other causes for which the Custodian will not be liable to the Customer.

Remote Access Services. Company may, at its sole option, provide as a courtesy, technical support services, which are subject to the following terms and conditions. User accepts all risks associated with any request or authorization by User permitting Company personnel to remotely access and control User’s computer. By requesting and permitting remote access, User acknowledges that User may be providing Company personnel with access to files and data on User’s computer. Before permitting remote access, User agrees to close any confidential or personal files and create a backup of any important files. Company personnel are not expected to make copies or download files or to retain any information accessed from User’s computer. User’s name and contact information provided to facilitate remote access may be logged to process support requests and will be processed in accordance with Company’s then-existing privacy policy.
Remote Access Services. Upon the Service Tower Commencement Date, Vendor will support ACI’s current environment which provides for ACI employees to remotely access (non-direct wired connections) to the ACI corporate network. Support split tunneling for single user connections, such that DIR and DIR Customers can access their secure networks and the Internet over a single secure connection. 9. Support use of the Remote Access Services by Third Party Vendors who provide support for Data Center Services via an Internet connection. 10. Provide solutions that are transport and access type independent.
