Renegotiation of the Agreement. The Employer will commence negotiations for a replacement enterprise agreement with Employees and the Union no later than three months prior to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement. The Employer will provide to the Union the following information on the commencement of negotiations:
Renegotiation of the Agreement. (a) The parties agree to commence negotiations on a new Agreement no later than nine months prior to the termination of this Agreement.
Renegotiation of the Agreement. Six months before the nominal expiry date of the Agreement, the parties covered by the Agreement will commence negotiation of an Agreement to replace this Agreement.

Renegotiation of the Agreement. The Parties agree that they shall meet at least three months prior to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement with the intent to commence negotiations leading to a replacement agreement to apply on and from 1 July 2021 4.
