Renewal of License. 4.1 The Licensor may renew, if deemed expedient, the period of License by 10 years at one time, upon request of the Licensee, if made during the 19th year of the license period, on the terms specified by the Licensor, subject to extant policy. The decision of the Licensor shall be final and binding in this regard.
4.2 On renewal, the Licensee may be required to pay a renewal fee as may be notified by the Licensor.
Renewal of License. To be eligible for reimbursement for a license renewal, the license expiration date must be within the academic year in which reimbursement is sought.
Renewal of License. Upon expiration of the Initial Term and each Renewal Term, all licenses granted under this Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional 12-month Renewal Term and Idera will invoice Customer at the then-current subscription-based list price for such additional License Term unless Idera or its authorized representatives are notified by Customer in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or then-current Renewal Term, as applicable, that Customer will not renew the licenses granted hereunder for another Renewal Term.
Renewal of License. The Issuing Authority and the Licensee agree that any proceedings undertaken by the Town that relate to the renewal of this License shall be governed by and comply with the provisions of Section 626 of the Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. § 546, and M.G.L. Chapter 166A. The Town shall notify the Licensee of any ascertainment proceedings conducted pursuant to Section 626 of the Communications Act, and shall provide the Licensee with a copy of the record of such proceeding.

Renewal of License. If both the City and the Licensee wish to extend the Term of this License, then, before the expiration of the Term, the City and the Licensee shall enter into good faith negotiations, the object of which will be to agree upon the terms of a renewal of this License. The agreement of the City shall not be withheld unreasonably. If an agreement is reached, all terms, including the agreed-upon consideration shall be reduced to a writing signed by both parties.
Renewal of License. When a Licensee's real estate license is renewed, Licensee will warrant to Broker that all necessary continuing education courses have been taken in accordance with the requirements of the California DRE. Proof of this may be required by the Commission. Licensee agrees to provide such proof if requested by either the Commission or Broker. Regardless of such proof, Licensee shall be responsible for monitoring the renewal of Licensee's licenses and, between Broker and Licensee, Broker shall bear no responsibility for Licensee's failure to meet these requirements. Should Licensee fail to take and pass the necessary continuing education classes, Licensee understands that Licensee shall no longer be allowed to practice real estate in the State of California and must cease and desist immediately. Licensee shall immediately inform Broker if Licensee becomes aware of a transfer or renewal deficiency. Brokerage Firm is not responsible to provide courses that are approved for continuing education credit.
Renewal of License a. To be eligible for reimbursement for a license renewal, the license expiration date must be within the academic/program year in which the reimbursement is sought and be within an academic year in which the in which the Resident or Fellow is appointed to a residency or fellowship training program.
b. UCSD Health will only reimburse trainees for license renewal if the license expires during their appointment at UCSD. UCSD Health will not reimburse a trainee for renewing a license that expires after completion of their training program or after termination of appointment from UCSD.
Renewal of License. 1.8.1 Every contractor shall apply to the licensing officer for renewal of the license.
1.8.2 Every such application shall be in Form VII in triplicate and shall be made not less than thirty days before the date on which the license expires, and of the application is so made, the license shall be deemed to have been renewed until such date when the renewed license is issued.
1.8.3 The fees chargeable for renewal of the license shall be the same as for the grant thereof: Provided that the if the application for renewal is not received within the time specified in sub-rule (2), a fee of 25 percent in excess of the fee ordinarily payable for the license shall be payable for such renewal: Provided further that in case where the licensing officer is satisfied that the delay in submission of the application is due to unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of the contractor, he may reduce or remit as he thinks fit the payment of such excess fee.
