Please note that before we can fully confirm your booking, a site visit is required. We insist on a site visit ahead of your event to ensure that you are comfortable and familiar with the unique spaces and constraints related to our heritage buildings.

For rental functions held outside of the Carriage Shed, the Carriage Shed facilities will remain open during the rental period. ACCESS FOR DISABLED PERSONS There is a handicap/disabled person’s drop-off area located in front of the entrance to Xxxxxx’x Mill, as well as two City of Ottawa designated parking spaces along the road. Any further space required can be discussed with WMMI. Only the main floor of the Mill is fully accessible. Please note this is a heritage building with uneven floors and some rough pathways. Washroom facilities are across the street from the Mill and although handicapped-sized, we do suggest assistance to ensure safe access.

All clean up must be completed and the building vacated by the end of the rental period. Rec Center: Monday through Thursday 8am to 4pm. Friday 8am to 12:00 midnight Saturday, Sunday, City Observed Holidays 8:00 a.m.–12:00 midnight Community Building: Monday – Friday 2pm to Midnight, Saturday, Sunday, City Observed Holidays 8am-12:00 midnight MUSIC • All live or recorded music must be finished at 11:30 p.m.
