Rental Times. All preparation (set-up time) for your event must be included in your rental time and must take place immediately prior to your event. Preparation time is defined as any time needed for decoration, delivery of supplies, cake set-up or food delivery. This must be scheduled and paid for at least 30-days prior to your event. The facility will not be available at any time prior to the start of your event as stated on your agreement form.
Rental Times a. Rental time slots are in 1 hour time increments.
b. Rentals are available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Rental Times. Client is granted use of the Property as per each individual production shoot schedule (“Shoot Schedule”) agreed on and approved by SAF and Client in advance. Client will inform SAF of call-times at least 24 hours in advance. The rental period (“Rental Day”) begins when the first cast/crew person enters the location or at the scheduled time, whichever is earlier, and ends when the last cast/crew person has left the Property. On the final day of the Shoot Schedule, the end time will also include when the last of Client’s equipment or property has left the Property.
Rental Times. Rental times need to include setup and cleanup, and are booked in ½ hour increments with a one-hour minimum, and start on the hour, ½ hour, or ¼ hour.

Rental Times. The rental event time is limited to the exact time as signed and documented in your Facility Rental Contract. Rental times are set up to coordinate with other Red Fez Shrine Club activities, events, and social functions. Early arrival will not allow your early admittance to the facility area rented. If your event is scheduled for a one day event, then the facility is not available for the days before or after your scheduled time. Individual guest, nor groups, are to remain on property after the scheduled rental times expire. Arrival and departure times are of utmost concern to us. If a problem arises with the Facility Renter’s invited guest, and Red Fez Shrine Club’s staff is forced to stay past documented scheduled hours, a penalty fee of $20.00 per 30 minutes can be subjected to the Facility Renter’s security deposit. This penalty includes arrival and departure of any person you may have invited or contracted for service including friends, family, family members, caterers, florists, musicians, photographers, videographers, decorators, etc…. Event set-up will begin no earlier than the scheduled rental time in the facility and takedown must be completed by the end of the rental time. Any special needs of independent contractors will need to be scheduled with Red Fez Shrine Club prior to the event.
Rental Times. The times available to rent the pool: Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00pm-9:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am- 12:00pm. Aquatic Facility rentals must be made at least 14 days in advance.
Rental Times. Use of the Facility shall terminate no later than the time and date stated in the Rental Agreement, and the facilities shall be vacated by all persons at or before such time and date. Any time for user to set-up, tear down and remove equipment provided must be budgeted as part of the rental contract. A fee of $35 per half-hour will be charged for facility use beyond the agreed upon time frame. For use beyond agreed upon time past 10 p.m., $100 per half-hour will be charged. Fees will be deducted from security deposit if use extends beyond agreed upon time.
